How come Nengun has 2 Type-A 1. IN 260 EX 252, 9.15mm lift 2. IN 260 EX 256, 9.15mm lift and Type-B the one you bought Type A In order to get stable idle and raise low-mid RPM torque, we set the duration of EX camshaft shorter. Best suit used with stock turbine or N1 turbine. Type B By giving longer duration timing than type a, it eables to raise both response and peak power at the same time, even with mid-large sized turbine.

They goes hard on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd....but from end of 3rd to 5th....they are not as good~~~!!! therefore, i would say GT2530s would be the best choice for a stock RB26DETT

i have HKS dump pipes, front pipes and 80mm cat back a r32 GTR from one of the jap magzine got 671hp flywheel at 1.5bar with stock internals it has: HKS stage1 cams HKS 2530s HKS 1.2mm headgasket + other usual mods to go with the turbo however, i'm sure that jap is using higher octant fuel and much cooler than aus, which does make differences

i thought s14 injectors are 375cc and s15 injectors are 480cc~~~!!!??? correct me if i'm wrong

i picked up my car from workshop in March, but i hardly push it as my girl will konck on my head if i do so...anyway, i have following mod on my car: PowerFC, HKS GT-SS, HKS 600cc Injectors, HKS Type-R Intercooler, Nismo Fuel Pump, Sard Fuel Regulator, Tomei Cam Gears, and other pieces... all i'm worried about is internal, dont know if it will hold that sort of boost pressure and power or not.

Currently my car is running a max boost of 1.3bar and i would like to boost it to 1.5bar.... i'm just wondering would a RB26 with stock internal hold 1.5bar of boost to make it around 300 to 320 rwkw???? thanks

with all the mods you listed, your friend's GTR should come with something like PowerFC instead of standard ECU anyway, i believe that RB26DETT equipped with GT2530s should make over 300KW at around 1.3bar of boost....so i guess your friend just needs to get an aftermarket computer like PowerFC, MOTEC and get some1 to fit and tune it properly. hi, just got a question for selecting wheels and tyres for GTR: some people said GTR needs a set of wheels and tyres to be in the same size others said wheels can be different (eg 18*8 Front and 18*9) rear as long as tyres are in the same size which one is true???? thanks

i have been suffered by a stupid engine problem (killing spark plugs) for over a month and have spent around 250 on the plugs as well as some amount of money spent in another workshop (they are good but i guess they are just too busy to look at my car properly) finally, holidays are all over, so i wake up early today and gave Ben a call see if he is available. Anyway, i was running late and dropped the car in around 3.00pm...i took 1 hour bus trip back to monash uni plus 1 hour walk to McDonald's and back home~~~!!! Guess what~~~!!??? as soon as i got home, i got a phone call from Ben...all fixed...unbelievable right~~~!!! All i want to say is Ben you are the best in VIC and thank you for your help~~~!!!!

are you talking about the rubber hose??? if yes, then i have them as i have replaced them with HKS piping....they are 2 hoses on the turbo side and 1 from intake side

i had idling problem for few weeks...thanks to the boost octant~~~~!!! here is the story, one day i was cleaning my garage and found a new bottle of 104 boost octant, so i thought just use them as i needed to fill up the tank, which was a BAD BAD idea~~!!! I knew i had a coil pack problems and i was in the process of waiting for a set of SplitFire. anyway, 3 weeks later, i received my SplitFire and i quickly drop them in with a new set of spark plugs. It did solve the problem of reving over 4000rpm, but a new problem occur --->> the rpm kept dropping and killed spark plugs all the time~~~!!! anyway, i managed to finish patrol mixed with octant booster in the tank..and filled it up with a full tank of OPTIMAX......now the problem solved and my car runs beautifully...but i think i will need to clean the carbon in the engine. Any1 know how to do it??? and with what to clean the carbon. thanks
