Forget bitter, why don't you stick to comments relevant to the topic, rather then a pretty sad attempt at putting shit on someones car. Seriously this isn't the wasteland last I checked. As for the OP, Sorry to hear about your car mate, this sort of thing happens all the time and it's actually quite frightening how many people will try to screw you even when in the wrong ! Mate, don't sweat the power too much, the figures people are putting out these days are pretty huge for a race car, consider the group A cars and the power outputs of that era and you will see outputs that people won't even look twice at, and for a street car ! But remember, although those cars were in most cases alot lighter (GT-R in later stages excluded) they were fast for a whole lot of other reasons than pure grunt alone.

I think a lot of this stems from ambiguity around the actual distinction of "Race Car" Why not make the distinction between what constitutes are Race Car and a street car and then just separate them at the beginning ?

Realistically that's not too bad, did you try one of the importers I know RHDJapan can get alot of OEM stuff for a good price.
