Hi Guys, Its been a while since Ive been on the forums, still have the Skyline and an RX8 as a daily driver which I also entered in the recent East Coast Targa..... Wow what an experience, No terratrip just a trusted radioshack stop watch from my Navigator and a trusted right foot and we managed 21/48 in the Touring stage. Great first time experience the RX8 was an absolute DELight to drive, breaking and handling to overwhelm most Skylines......only criticism its lacks the TORQUE of Turbo breathing SKYLINE. The DonutKing GTR's were flying the SKYLINE flag with a white R33 in the mix, an awsome mix of cars, EVO's, GTRS,360Modenas, GT3's.......even a vintage Bugatti This is the only tarmac rally that has a timed Touring category in this country and stands to grow in popularity as a premier event for NSW..... For the true enthusiast that understands TYPE R's, they would'nt even consider the Pretend TYPE R in the current shape. THE DC2 is the real MCOY and those in the know will not dispute this........ :headspin:

The RX8 is a great car, but does not possess the knife edge handling characteristics of a true assault weapon like the TYPE R, its RAW and involving and possibly the next best thing to a Porsche GT3 for an ultimate track car out of the crate! Gentlemen this baby has literally just been run in, I have a mate that also has a Type R with 85,000km and this thing just absolutely screams and doesnt miss a beat, regular serviced by Honda. This is true testament to the calibre of engineering that has produced a great drivers car which is now becoming rare to find an immaculate example.

Mate if you want them it means I release them, therefore you can have them on your car, which means you apply for the plates which will cost you a 1 off fee of approx $120. In short, I hand them back to RTA & you apply for them on the sames day or these plates can be transfered onto your car with my consent. There more than 1 way to skin a cat!!!!!
