  1. Not quite. Let the pro's do this one as they'd reshim to reduce preload
  2. Ahhh, it's heaven on earth and none of the gold coast crap. Used to live in Maroochydore but pretty much anywhere is good. Buderim for the financially able. My sea change starts in 5 months and I'm looking at the northern areas of Brissy as it allows me to do what I want to and is closer to the S Coast.
  3. To determine the speed of individual vehicles it would require the kind of radar/phased array technology in a modern fighter jet/attack helo/AWACS and be able to display each vehicle and discriminate clearly. Even then these mega buck systems are able to be fooled by environmental anomolies. Anyway, I'm not going to help you get out of this. Wear it. That speed is stupid. Come to a bloody race track.
  4. That it is.....bloody Nissan!!
  5. Looks a hell of a lot like a nismo 2 way as mentioned previously in another thread. If it's too tight they could possibly adjust it.
  6. Hand controller and boost coontroller kits then mate
  7. I've done it on the 25, but you have to be prepared to go in with a 10mm OE spanner to drop the oil pickup. Best to just reseal and bolt back up after playing with the oil pump.
  8. Or I could mod them to fit for you.......let me know if you want that Michael.
  9. Sneaky bugger SK, hiding this in Stagea. Looking forward to the results, and I'll be keeping my solenoids but I'll need to look into the earthing wire mod for compatibility.
  10. Mine just arrived and look great. Good quality welds, lightweight. Height adjustment is both in the spring platform and the base cup with a lock ring. I'll post back after fitting and test drive.
  11. You have to remove the brackets onto the bell housing, which is 5 minutes work.......
  12. Use a 3/8 or 1/4 drive with extension and you can get to them.
  13. You just have to bite the bullet and drop the sump. Easy enough with a cordless drill and socket adaptor.
  14. JP (boosted zed) of UAS is putting them on his track zed and mine are on the way (HR's) for my track 25t. I think they would be just fine.
  15. Looks the goods for the toyo luxo barge. The lexus soarer website also has a link to a guide for fitting the RCA plugs to allow fitment of something like this.
  16. Cheers Darren, but with a GTR rail there is very little to be done to fit up top feed injectors. I measured the impedence of the Toyo injectors at 3.1 ohms so they are low impedence....not what I was told. No biggie anyway. Little bit of simple wiring.
  17. Above the workshop at creatd is Artistik who do stickers and some cool airbrushing. Talk to Enzo. He also lives about 4 blocks from me i think.
  18. Yeah sorry D, but what your G sensor has been fooled by is obviously some compounded inertial effects and possibly the location relative to the instantaneous spin centre. Not saying it wasn't measured though. As mentioned earlier, I believe the lateral G sensor will be sensing a lack of rate of change of G and so dial out front drive, but from steering wheel position, differential wheel speed and a change in lateral G that doesn't fit the parameters of the other elements it will determine traction loss and crank in some front drive. I think that will be the key to the Attessa as most closed loop control systems work better on rate of change that a simple integer value function. It's well known that the friction circle is actually more of an ellipse and is lower in side traction (due to tyre construction limitations) than in front rear, which is also different due to CoG (dominated by engine) location. Now I hope SK doesn't come and tell me I've blown this theory lesson as this is his bread and butter. So my point is you should measure more front/rear G than in any other direction during controlled driving.
  19. Gordo, don't sweat it mate, it's just a lump of cast iron with some vanes holding it together. Used to have to resize the rotors on the 1600 rally car all the time.
  20. NIce effort mate. I can't wait to leave this hole........
  21. I'll be interested to read more on this. Good luck and keep us posted. I'm about to fit up some toyota 440cc injectors in the Rb25. High impedence so no need to use a resistor pack. Soo what are the dimensions of the Scooby ones? What impedence? Are any other mods required to the system to accomodate them?
  22. That's right, shouldn't be more than $30
  23. Heard of one mate. The impeller came off.
