  1. No the GTS25t comes with either a viscous or helical lsd. Both are susceptible to slipping later in life. With 220rwkw after a few laps on the track mine open wheels on the left side.
  2. blue screen and $400? GIMMEEGIMMEE
  3. How about this one? http://www.percul.com.au/index.html Actually I already spoke about price and they will be around $900 for the basic Kart type and $2000 for the car suitable one with the large readout. Your's is a good price. When do I see it?
  4. His last outing at Calder was under a minute. That is fast. On a rice note, I had a latish model Honda CRX or somethinig tell me he does 1:02 with no stickies and just the zorst done. Sure it's vtec but that sound like crap, and I told him so and to produce the results........
  5. Remember a good chance to meet a few people is the SAU Vic meeting at Whitehorse Hotel on tuesday evening next week. There's a thread around here somewhere.
  6. So where can we purchase a copy of the competitors tape guys? We need all the help we can get down here.
  7. If you are keen to update the turbo, have a chat to Rob from Creatd Performance. There have been reports of the R33 hi flows surging and he has an alternative solution, but worth a chat anyway.
  8. Dead Rat? How much extra do they cost and do you get a sticker....Oh and what performace gain is there in rwkw BTW SK thanks again for the engine build advice. I have a thread somewhere on the results. RB26VL you can do a lot worse than to take SK's advice.
  9. Sell them to a rex owner.
  10. I went to Creatd near Broadmeadows. Basically on the way into town from shep and tunes are $250-300 and up depending on how wild your setup is. Rob uses FC Datalogit and is quite conservative on the AFR's to protect the engine. If you just need a tweak it will obviously be less is assume.
  11. After recent experiences with extreme overfuelling I'd be taking a long hard look at the air fuel ratios, especially since you have upsized the injectors. It absolutely kills power but it boosts still due to the unburnt fuel burning and accelerating the gasses through the turbine. Performance is extremely sluggish. I got it fixed for a 220rwkw result. I'd also check static advance and correction. The black deposits are clearly from rich mixtures.
  12. Definitely be there. Don't eat beforehand. Try one of the dozen or so different schnitzels on offer.
  13. Impressing them with an inability to withstand arctic conditions......
  14. Settle dude. Folks will come if they want to
  15. Do we want to make an effort here? Send some PM's out to maybe do some Schnitz at the Whitehorse. Sorry I'm not too big on loud nightclubs. Prefer pubs with beer and food and lies about skylines.
  16. Skylines, or 33's at least have the most wonderful speed sensitive steering settings but it does get heavy at low speed without the speedo input.
  17. Bring on the next one. Got a fat healthy dyno curve and I'm just itching to get out there again. Sticky's are for sooks! (aka wish I could afford some)
  18. I'm thinking of moving my seat to the right a little sometime soon to centre the wheel.
  19. You were punting that TX5 pretty nice Chris. Was great to see. Kel, the footage of the R31 was really great, I mean spectacular, and no-one likes witches hats anyway so it's OK to kill a few.
  20. Orright team I now have the lame pics I took Friday, but they're free
  21. Oops sorry Kel posting the *slight* off pic. Didn't mean to put that one up.

Faked an STi into launching behind me before I had the 220rwkw retune. He was 3 car lengths behind me to launch hard so I took off slow so his awd launch didn't help, then handed him his slow ass on a plate In the wet tho, a standard NA Impreza would own me. Horses for courses as they say but never overestimate just what a poorly built piece of junk they are.
  23. I'll run and hide now
  24. I did find this with a short search . Found it here. Also results available. Well done guys http://www.pbase.com/duttonrally/car33
  25. Christ, did someone actually get one of those understeering, too short, breathless barges to go well enough to enter an event? I hear europe got a suspension package that fixed the handling, but I hated the local hatch I drove. BTW I realise they call them a coupe, but it's a 3 door hatch OK. Anyway well done Kel. We'll be taking a long hard look. I also understand Kero (Fats brother) has a cd copy now after some thread searching. Mine is also welcome to be borrowed but is taped at 1/4 speed so you may need my video which is a permanent wife accessory for lifestyle programs.
