good to compare graphs at 20 psi once you get them up ... my run went from 22 but tapered down to 20 psi have to get some of these hi po rb20s running down the quarter mile

Hey, Got a couple of questions trying to streamline fuelling system for a 400kw GTR. With a surge tank, 720cc injectors, dual entry fuel rail, and braided line, it feeds off: - GTR pump as a lifter from stock, but this appears to be mounted externally (?) - 2x unknown external pumps from the surge to a single fuel line under the car - T-piece splitting fuel line to twin filters in the engine bay, then to rails - All pumps wired direct to battery via fused relays - Standard fuel pressure 2.5 Bar Not sure why the GTR pump is mounted that way, perhaps to wire to battery easier. From watching fuel level gauge cycle up and down, appears to be sending too much fuel around, and returning it to the tank. Going to replace the pumps & lines for peace of mind, but also hopefully to minimise fuel smell in cabin - Will a lifter pump (Std GTR/Tomei/Nismo pump) and a single Bosch 044 from the surge handle my requirements? Especially under boost (Up to 2.5 Bar boost) - Any benefits to having two external fuel pumps running off the surge tank? - Do I need another inline filter elsewhere? Cheers

Personal imports only need to be roadworthy, and meet state registration requirements. So therefore it would need to be running. It states that Visitors, temporary residents, foreign diplomatic personnel, companies and corporations are not eligible to import a vehicle under the personal import scheme. Water in spark plugs = rusted = shithouse performance. Most likely you'll need to replace them. The guy is an idiot for hosing down your engine. It will need to dry out, check all your electrical connections, WD40 is a water dispersant and will help.

the only difference in the 230 / 270 runs was the 230 one the bov was leaking... it was plated off and boosted up.. thats why there wasnt the big drop in boost as comapred in the 230 run i am hoping it will spool like the 270 run with the bov fixed thanks and yeah it will be awesome when an rb20 runs 300

hahaha not sure on pistons but it was meant to have been rebuilt so i would assume so ... but who knows ill be running it daily on 18/19 psi ill have to try and get print out with af ratio's but i dont have one yet

new graph is up in the first post, the mechanic read it wrong as he only glanced over when he called me.... it was actually 270.8 which is bit lower but im still way happy... that was at around 21.5psi going down to 20psi up top looks like a cliff though they said it has potential for a lil more yeah its externally gated with screamer hks 256 cams... unsure on headwork EDIT: just noticed but with the bov fixed n boost holding the 270 run spools a decent amount earlier

hahaha couldnt afford the banana in the tailpipe engine mods are unknown exactly but sold from jap as being stroked out to 2.2 litres sadly the 203 is correct... full tune then fuel reg died ... then bov died etc etc... never seems to end yups has 25 box and hks twin plate

small but exciting update: they ran it on 24 psi today and it pulled 280kw at the wheels. hoping to have a graph by tommorow night he said on the 19 psi which it will be run on usually it was around 250 but should have exact figures and graphs by tommorow i hugely recommend Nepean District Automotive who are tuning it!!
