1. Quite possiblly 2. Yes Judging by your pic I'm assuming you have a GTST and after exhaust 176kw is about on par with what you can expect, power wise. The stock GTST fuel pump has a tendency to die at around this power, which is why people replace it for something like a Bosch 040. It may not give you magical kw but it will ensure that the car is getting sufficient fuel at high rpm.

Hey guys, Well I'm looking around for someone to tune up my brother's 32, after a long holiday. I know all the usual tuners around the area, but has anyone been to Nepean District Automotive? (next to Cobra Exhaust on Mulgoa, near the Panthers roundabout). My bro went in there yesterday and saw a couple of GTRs, one on the dyno. Spoke to one of the guys there and they've worked on Skylines, and familiar with the PFC (hand controller tunes). Just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with them. Thanks, Vijay

If this is because of the P-plate restrictions, you can't just take a GTS25t and remove the turbo. The car is on the restricted list and short of getting an exemption she won't be able to drive it. Also, removing the turbo would be an engine modification - another no-no under the rules anyway.
