Mirko mate on the flipside to what everyone's saying: there are good tuners, but that doesn't mean they'll always do a good job. I tried to do my research, find a tuner who was well recommended..their interpretation of a 'safe' tune = knock levels through the roof, and when I asked for my AFRs a week later they fobbed me off. (It wasn't CRD by the way). Sorry about to hear about your engine though, is C&V doing the rebuild/tune?

Hey all, Just a quick question. I know the 33 GTST doesn't have an air temp sensor, but if I had an R34 GTR intercooler, would I be able to plug the temp sensor into the Power FC somehow so it could display on the controller?

Pretty sure the immobiliser circuit isn't tripping. Sparky said that it's turning over, ECU is getting power but there's no spark and no injector pulse. The ignition harness was hacked pretty badly and he says it could be a problem with the ignition supply..still trying to pinpoint it though.

Hey all, In an attempted theft: - ignition barrel fked and wires cut - HKS FCon piggyback ECU was ripped out, several wires in the harness damaged - alarm was ripped out - the car was in ACC mode, unable to be turned off (due to ignition damage) until the battery died Car is on the mend though. The autoelectrcian has just put in a new ignition set and removed the spliced ECU harness as we're just using the standard ECU to get the car running for now. However he has tried to start the car and it won't turn over. According to him there's no inejctor pulse. Any ideas why? The car has aftermarket injectors btw. Thanks!

I'll think you'll find excellent reports from people who've used Prestige and people who've chosen J-Spec. They are probably the two largest and well known import brokers in Australia, with excellent contacts who can help you along the entire way.

Did you have many problems dropping that in Elk? My friend is looking going down the GTR path. He's been quoted over $20k for a HKS T04Z, Giken cross gear set, GTR box, all the ancillaries, etc but without engine! He was told that this package would give him 400awkw+ and spool at around 4000rpm. Personally I can think of plenty of other things I could do with $20k..

Hey, Just looking at some options for an R32 GTS4 (turbo). Friend has a stocker and looking for a fairly significant performance boost. He's interested an engine swap mainly. What options are there for a GTS4 to still retain the running gear? Obviously there's the RB25DET from a Stagea, RB26DETT, but are there any other possibilities? Thanks!
