Hey all.. At the moment my launches are being hampered by the rear wheels 'skipping' when I drop the clutch down the quarter. So I'm looking for a couple of mild upgrades to improve handling a bit. Got a front strut brace, getting a set of pineapples soon - and possibly the rear sway bar too. I seem to remember reading on a thread somewhere around here that upgrading the rear sway bar was a good thing for the Skyline. Anyone care to confirm this or tell me it's a good/bad thing to consider? Thanks!

shif_tea can you take civil action or something? I guess they may be too young to be considered responsible but I reckon they should make their kids pay.. I thought this would never happen to me, and I certainly did not expect it to happen to a car other than my 'line. Just goes to show there are always people who will surprise you, sometimes unfortunately.

If the tyre is sitting up higher might that not indicate possible chassis damage? Happened to my brother's Mazda a few years ago and they wrote the bastard off. I swear it could have been fixed..it was a good little car too.

Hey ppls, Yeah, my 'Rago got keyed - second time in two months. Both were separate instances in public carparks in different locations around Sydney. I'm soo pissed off now - I can't believe that someone would do that to a van. Twice. This time they were smart enough to key obscenities also. If someone will do this to a van, what the hell will they do to a Skyline? All those who've had to experience this before, you have my sympathies. And those who haven't, I hope you never do. I'm sick of this, we're not even going to bother getting it fixed now because I can't justify claiming through insurance if it happens again. This is like totally undermining my confidence in police at the moment - there simply are not harsh enough penalties to deter vandals / car thieves. Oh well, if anyone sees a Tarago going around with those features - gimme a wave. It's the car I drive when I'm not in the line

As long as they're engineer certifiable in your state, no problems. Speak to an engineer or motor registry for more info.

Hey all! Thinking about what to do to increase performance, I came across an ad for CO2 cooling systems in the latest Zoom magazine. In particular, the intercooler sprayer caught my eye. Has anyone had experience with CO2 cooling before - does it make much of a performance gain? I remember in High Octane 2 they had a car using CO2 injection and the drop in inlet temps was pretty impressive. PS: Serious qu aye? Ricers need not apply :headspin: Cheers.

Slick kit. There was a gold sparkly R33 in Drift Battle or HPI a few months ago with a BN Sports kit. Interesting thing was that each side skirt had a side indicator built into it. I thought that was pretty cool!

SEVS is available for the R32...GTR and GTST with build dates from 1989 - June 91 and then from June 92 to 1994 (excludes the time that Aussie delivered GTRs were available). Currently two workshops are RAWS for the R32 but as I remember they aren't selling plates to the public. Cheers Vijay

Dori if you've got the receipts to show it was purchased before today, I can't see why not. I ran into the same situation with my brother's car after they changed the rule from year to month and year. I submitted my Import Approval with a short letter explaining the circumstances to DOTARS, and it was approved with no questions. FYI, stickied this thread as well for the time being.
