    hey i have an rb20det with td06... it has a hks fcon piggy back at the moment.. i was wondering what engine management everyone is running on thier rb20 and if it is worth upgrading to the full powerfc ... currently mines putting out 250rwhp @ 10 psi but its a shitty tune ( too rich) and the diff is dodgy (what diffs are ppls running??)

    If that's the power you're after, an R34 cooler will be fine. In terms of volume they actually are about 66% larger than the R33, and it's a bolt-on job.

    It will work fine. You can adjust the FM frequencies for American or European frequencies, same for AM. Just check the manual to see how to do so.

    Saw a silver(?) R34 GTT in Hurstville this afternoon, CF bonnet, lots of stickers, and 'R34' plates..very nice...

    You could even import an R33 if you had the time from Japan. In my opinion prices seem to be better than buying from a local trader.

    That looks like it should read ¥57,000. Apart from that the calculations look correct. Duncan's right though - no matter where you get parts from, if you are importing them then you are liable to pay GST and Import Duties to the Government. Same as when you import a car.

    Hey, Just noticed that my speedo / tacho readings on the dash are out compared to what my PFC Commander is telling me.. by about 4% or so. I'm guessing the Power FC is showing the correct figure (is this right??) .. does anyone have recommendations for someone in Sydney who'll fix this? Thanks.

    Yeah you're supposed to have a high mounted brake light. If you're taking off the spoiler, you can buy a light that sticks to the inside of your rear windscreen for about $20 from any autoparts store, and wire it to your brake lights.

    Go to any half-decent car audio shop and ask for an FM Modulator for your car. It'll allow you to tune into local stations. It's not as good as a deck that can handle local frequencies, but will work as good.

    Yeah check previous threads chances are it's just a Hybrid copy with 'Trust' stamped on the cooler - as the proper ones do not have 'Trust' stamped on them.

    Hi all, Thinking of getting a HID kit in my 33, replacing the standard beams. Legality issues aside, has anyone had problems with fitting them or with the beam pattern - like with excessive glare or anything? I'm looking at one of the white (6000k) kits that Batmbl is getting.. Cheers.

    I saw Carlo's car (ZZR 033?) on the back of a flatbed truck on the M5 yesterday.. what happened? Also saw a yellow 34 with CF bonnet going down King Georges around 6 yesterday too.
