Well, you will be happy to know that I am experiencing the EXACT same problem, Hicas light, no Power steering, No Speedo. Im not sure what ties them all together but this is the second day this has happened, Im at work at the moment but im going to try to see if the speedo works up untill I get the hicas light on.
