  1. oh yeah the price to get the to4 fitted is 2300 drive in drive out (set at a safe boost level as i will only have a FMIC exhaust and fuel pump untill i get the tune and injectors. And the gt2530 will be around 2700 however the guy wasn't sure as i thinks it could cost more if he comes across troubles i am guessing the garret is a better turbo that the to4 but supose it just comes down to how much i wana spend
  2. well this is all very confusing. think if i do it i will get the t04 over the garret 2530 as the price for the garret to get fitted will probalby end up being way too much. (the gtr injectors and tuning is gona be heaps as well) Will i need a Z32 AFM? and will 300-350 atw be pritty unsafe for the engine?

  4. nah its not from ebay. its from a shop in perth called Performanz its a ITS (inovative turbo systems) turbo from america apparntly
  5. wat sorta power could i exprect with gtr injectors and tune get me with that turbo you recon? will i need AFM or is that only for big big HP, or do i even need injectors will fuel regulator and big pump do?
  6. I am thinking of getting this turbo this is the info i got over the phone It is from America and the brand is Inovative its a T04E hybrid. (ITS) Compressor: 57 with .60 cover stage 5 turbine .48 turbine housing turbine is made from inconl or soemthing like that (apparnetly strong and more heat resistant than the garret turbo's so he says. umm 360degree thrust bearing and its rated to 500hp apparently i have also got prices on getting gtr injectors resistor pack and 040 fuel pumps. The only mods i have are a full 3inch exhaust and a front mount. Engine is stock. Is there anything else i need? will i need a air flow meter? i am guessing i should be able to make a little over 300hp at the wheels reasonably safetly with a good tune and all these mods just not sure if i need AFM or anything else and if the engine can stand up to it. ANy info greatly appreciated
  7. i am guessing with these mudflaps you don't have sideskirts? or rear pods? (stock ones i mean) cause i would be interested in the gunmetal grey ones if they go on the sideskirts
  8. i'd prefere new one just reliablitly really. Yeah i may ring around but i think a lot of places don't wana give a quote they just want to give you a price when its done... ill fit a bosch 040 fuel pump then try get some more quotes as once i have done it i won't have money for tune or injectors for a bit but thats cool ill just run low boost
  9. should be the same as most intercooler kits. there is a post about installing them further down the list. thought the same when i brought my xspower (suposibly made my hybrid) but i ended up just guessing isn't too hard to figure out
  10. how much you going to be selling your resistor packs for? its already gona cost me a fortune to find some gtr injectors get them installed and tune.
  11. if the gtr resistor packs are 175 i think it would be worth just getting that for saftey. How do you install the gtr resistor packs though thats wat i am wonding. Do you have to cut all the injector wires and hook it in somehow
  12. Hey i just got a quote on getting a brand new Garret 2530 supplyed and fitted on my 93 r32 skyline. They said around 2500-2700 depending on how much pipe fittings cost. Firstly Does this price sound resonable as i have no idea i usally do the work myself? Secondly my car only has filter ehxuast and front mount and illbe getting a 040 fuel pump soonish. with this turbo will i need gtr injector and the resistior pack? which will also mean a tune too but supose i need this anyway however i will have to drive around on 10-12 psi untill i can afford gtr injectors.

  14. i am looking at a turbo upgrade too for same things but just wondering how much does it cost to get a 2530 installed roungly? as i was going to get a hiflowed r33 turbo because it bolts straight on
  15. still can't find the problem and hasn't done it for a while. Surely someone has fixed this problem before with the transmission as i have seen a few post with the same problem just no answers. Anyone know where the speed sensor on transmission is?
  16. i was gona get one of these and get gtr injectors for my rb20 gtst, do the injector just go straight in? and if i have the resister pack will i also need a tune? so therefore i could not fit the two things and then go get tune as i can't drive it?
  17. ok from what i can see the ignition signal primary, problem should be just a slight drop in voltage or something with the ignition key as the code does not come up untill you start it (doesn't come up with just ignition on) so i figure thats not a problem as car seems to run fine and i would know if it was running in limp mode as it seem to drive normal. the AT communication line doesn't always come up straight away so no idea wats going on with that one and yesterday i noticed another code under the auto trans which was the 09 Vehicle speed sensor AT. now this code is probalby what is causing it to stay in first sometimes as this code comes and goes randomly. anyway anyone else have any info so i can try sort it let me know

Hey just got the scan on my car and it comes up with 2 error codes and they keep coming back. they are 21 Ignition Signal -Primary 54 AT Communication Line also got 09 Vehicle speed sensor AT anyone have any idea what the this stuff is? how to fix it? only problem i seem to have with the car is the transmission sometimes sticks in 1st or neutral but it goes back to normal if i turn car off then on again. thanks
  20. i gona try get a computer scan tool on it later this week see wat codes it comes up with ill let you know i'd say it would be a sensor as if i turn the car of then on its fine, and majority of the time the auto drives fine

  22. after looking on that site i figure this turbo sounds like the best upgrade XTRGTST-S1 The factory Turbocharger on a Nissan Skyline R32/33 GTS-T is a Ball Bearing, T3 sized unit, with a ceramic turbine wheel. In upgrading this unit, GCG replace the ball bearing pack with a new one, while replacing the Turbine wheel and Compressor wheel with larger steel wheels, making the Turbocharger Hi-Flowed. The upgrade Turbocharger bolts directly back on the manifold with no modifications required, using the factory oil and water lines. After the Upgrade, the Turbocharger is rated 450hp. Turnaround: 2-3 days. Price: $1950.00 would this be a good idea and would it get me good quater mile times as that is what i am after. or are there better cheaper turbo's out there obviously ill get gtr injectors fuel pump and ecu remap to suit.
  23. Hey i am looking at upgrading my turbo and have a few questions. atm i have full exhaust, filter, and front mount. I have been thinking about getting a r33 or r34 turbo and getting it hiflowed and put a steel wheel in it. (i think that is possible not sure) Would this be a good upgrade turbo? and any idea on prices for hiflow job? there reason i want to get ones of these turbo's and hiflow it is that it would be more inexspensive than getting some aftermarket turbo as with them i would more than likely need custom oil lines and may have to get custom intake, dump pipe etc. Which mean a lot more money. If i did get one of these hi flow turbo would gtr injectors and a good fuel pump be sufficent to run them? and if so what fuel pump do i need and appart from the injectors and a tune what else would i need? Also any idea on the sorta power output or quater mile time you could pull with this sorta setup? and lastly any more suggestions on turbo upgrade if ppl think this is a bad idea. thanks
  24. the problem over the month or so i have had it 1 time it wouldn't go out of 1st (this was a while ago) then yesterday it wouln't go out of first and then later on in the day it wouln't go into gear. anyone know wat could be the problem? it seems to be fine when you turn the car off then on again. Although the power light flashes when you start car. I am guessing it must be a sensor. ANy ideas??? i know most ppl will just say manual conversion but i don't wana untill hte gearbox is complelty gone and untilli have the money.
  25. yeah i figure yeah its made to keep the heat in but there isn't any heat realy being created in the pipes however there is heat in the engine bay and that is deferntly heating up the pipe as it gets quiet warm when i have felt the pipe.So the heat wrap should stop the heat in the engine bay entering the pipes
