well i figure if it keeps the heat in it can keep the heat out

Hey I just installed a front mount intercooler and ihave notice the pipe that goes along side the engine to the drivers side gets very warm. I am thinking of puttting heat wrap on it (the fibreglass sorta rope stuff that you put to heat wrap exhausts) would this be a good idea or is there something better i could you? Also there was a crack in on of the pipe and i have put a bit of silcon pipe over it with hose clamps will that do the job?? thanks Anton

Hey i am in perth and am after a gtr front bar (not fibreglass) and some cheap coilovers for gts-t something that isn't too hard, just want it so i can lower it a lot or lift it up if i need to. thanks ANton

big one is 20psi small one is 30psi

wat you mean buy style? its just a straight sorta 3 inch doesn't look anything special but does the job, apparenlty its agood brand i have been told but a bit old. yeah boost gauge sits in the square i am pritty sure. with the gtr front bar i mean i will trade my stuff for one cause i want one sorry bit confusing

Mate i am very very interest in the GTR front bar However i am in perth would you be willing to shit (at my cost) and do they bolt straight onto a GTS-t or do i need gaurds or something? my car is gun metal grey so it should be the same. yeah i am getting a front mount, full exhaust, and one of those boost controller of this forum next week. my next thing is either coilovers or a different turbo. not sure wat is best with the turbo, probalby in the short term a rb25 turbo but long term an aftermarket one. decisions decisions

sorry i ment the engnine can handle that not the turbo.

hrrm i was told with the right amount of fuel (bigger injector fuel pump and tune) the engine can take more like 17psi

yeah i am gona get a full exhaust system as the one on there atm is rusted up and well pritty poor. So even if i buy a rb25 turbo they can only take 13psi max? for the tune apparently its like 700 cause you need to get a chip or soemthing in the standard ecu to tune it too

i just brought a auto r32 with catback exhaust and pod filter and it runs 10 or 11psi as it is. i am getting a front mount next week and boost controller (manual the ones that are on the forum) can i turn it up to 12 or 13? i have even been told 14 psi is ok

Hey dono if this is the right section for this but when i start the car up the power light flashes for a little while, is this supost to happen? also when i press the hold button the hold light doesn't come up, any idea wats goin on here i don't supose it is just the globe

hrrmm i am kinda confused. i have a R32 gtst i don't think the hicas is working atm cause as turn steering wheel on hoist the rears don't move) so all i need to do is fit the bar and take out the globe for the hicas light, that way i won't have any problem with my front power steering. Is the correct or do i need to do more than this and will it cause hard front steering?

i am getting r32 hopefuly this week if this one turns out good after the mechnic inspection. how much for a GTR front bar and lip? for a new one from nissan? they are plastic yeah? and how much to paint you recon? i am very intersted gtr fronts are soo cool. Do i need anything else though? like lights fogs lights indicators, fenders etc?

yeah I think it will be hard to find one with a damaged motor but i am willing to wait a while and in the mean time I am just saving more money

How much is it?

first was 1.Mint series 3 rx7 12A that i got before i had my license, when i got it, it wasn't running so it was a good project spents lots of time and money on it. (my ex-mate crashed it and i got pritty much nothin back) 2.EB fairmont ghia nice luxury car but to big to drive around fast. 3.Series 4 rx7 that i got for 2000 not running took that motor out and got that all fixed up slowly over a year. Just sold that to my brother to get a R32 soon hopefully.
