  1. Who's PRB guy in the results? Beat me in the clover track *waves fist*.. hehe I had great day thanks sau ppl! Can't wait for next one. Thanks Reece for taking me for a ride, your driving is so inspiring. If I may suggest a few things, I'd like to get more runs on each course, 2 runs on a course isn't enough, it would also be nice for everyone to do the same courses so we can compete with our friends (like last texi) =). Other suggestion is making one battle track and to not make it so complicated!, the first battle track was nice but I had one go of it (double entered car) and it was gone, second track was like WTF. Favourite track was the clover! And got a much better time for go to whoa this time thanks to boost =P, but made it so hard to control the car on the tight sections, boost kicks in too hard and car goes crazy! Stupid 12pound low boost setting, gotta lower it for next time. If you were wondering why my car kept dropping cylinders, had a problem with rev limiter, whenever I hit it the engine flooded and stalled, and it didn't help that my tacho died.
  2. yep race in the dark, High beams on, you'll want good headlights, or you'll not see the road properly and run wide turn 1 and spin out and nearly write off your car on the inside wall (dont ask how I know). Very true about transport costs and no aasa licence required either, so with training and timing its cheaper than a wakefield day and you don't have to waste 4 hours driving. Oh yeah its awesome for pics and flames. I recommend heading down, its quite fun and good to watch too, its only the last session or so in the dark from memory, and 50 cars at EC is not many so you should get plenty of track time.
  3. Sent the fax in. When will the list be updated so I know if we're in or not? THanks
  4. Just sent money for me and alex to drive the mx5 (now with boooost). Form will be faxed shortly.
  5. Ahh I has epic tired from today. Here are a few photos I took. Damn missed the nose.. grrr. Droool... Jay's zed My turbo 5. Michael's 32GTR Nice tint
  6. =P just imagine how quick you'd be if you drove my MXfun though.... =P
  7. Yep you won overall by 0.25s , oh wells, if only I didn't lock up on my last go on course 1 and wedged the stop box cone in my front bar, would have done a 26.09 I think (its 3 seconds for a cone right?), practice makes perfect, next time =D
  8. Had an awesome day! Never done this low speed skid stuff, very different to track days, just as much fun. LOL, Liz and I had a great time racing each other all arvo. The cones on the left track were so out of place by the end of the day I ended up doing dounuts instead, yeh 1.6 powarrr, didn't know my car could do that! I was so excited from the day that Alex had to stop me ripping the handbrake up going around corners on the way home. See some of you on thursday nights =D
