with the cams, springs, gears and covers, it owes me around $2500 but would take $1800, the cams alone were $1200, would be happy to keep the cam gears and cam covers and sell it for $1500
-
May consider swaps and also may consider seperating the head from the block if someone is looking to build a forged motor and needs a head to put on it, this would also be a good head for a 25/30 build having no vct and bigger cams to help with flow for the extra capacity in the bottom end

Here are some pics of the build The comparison photo of the 2 cam lobes is one of the 272's and a stock rb25 cam. Also the turbo pictured has been sold and is not included.

Hey guys, Thinking of selling my RB25 i have built to get myself some cash, originally i got this motor out of an R33 in pretty good condition, but to get it up to really good condition i had the head reco'd at the cost of around $600 which included new inlet valve guides and stem seals, the exhaust guides had already been done, while the head was apart i also cleaned up the unnecessary lumps in the exhaust ports. It all went back together with the following parts: Performance Springs valve springs and retainers - $300 Camtech 272 Duration, 9mm lift cams - $1200 Tomei adjustable Cam Gears - $300 (not 100% sure i want to sell the cam gears yet) ARP Head Studs - $150 New Durapro VRS Gasket Kit - $400 ACL Race Series big end bearings - $70 Also to go with this engine is a non-genuine Greddy Front facing plenum which i have gasket matched the runners to the head myself (needed doing really badly), and i have a billet fuel rail kit for this which allows the use of top feed injectors. Together these cost around $500 and for the right price i can include some GTR Injectors aswell. It also has a second hand Stainless highmount turbo manifold and Turbosmart 38mm Gate if needed, valued at around $500 for both items together. As the engine sits it is currently a bare long motor, ready to have manifolds and accessories bolted on and put into use. All up including the original price of the engine this setup owes me around $4500 but im willing to sell it for alot less than that so i thought i would see what kind of interest i get. I can also throw in another r33 turbo bottom end with 1 melted piston for parts... Also i should add that these cams are to suit an RB20 which eliminates the VCT, so this setup will drop straight into an R32 GTS-T using existing coilpacks, crank angle sensor, etc.. Or alternatively it would still drop into an R33 with minimal alterations. I will try and upload some photos of the engine at some point. Reason for sale is i sold the 32 GTS-T i built this for. For any questions contact me on here or SMS me on 0408 117 171. Cheers, Daniel.

Bump! $1200 cash or swap for some GTR offsetted 18's
-
Bump! Turbo's have gone to new homes, thinking of selling the S3 R31 as a rolling shell for $400 or would swap for a set of decent 18s to fit a 31

G'Day guys, Chucking up a few things as i need some moneys asap for a new car First of all i have a HKS GT2530 Turbo, it is externally wastegated with a .63 rear housing and also has a V'Band exhaust outlet, comes with a KKR cast dump pipe elbow which bolts up to the stock front pipe and also has a 3" stainless steel elbow and a clamp to suit, it has only done approximately 5-10,000 K's since it was rebuilt by GCG, this turbo would work really well on an RB20/25 making around 280RWKW, it is very responsive being a small ball bearing turbo. Asking $600 for the turbo and dump pipe elbows. Secondly i have a Garrett GT3582R with a .63 external rear housing and 3" 4 Bolt GT style dump pipe flange, in really good condition, unsure of K's. Asking $600 for this also. Also have a high mount stainless steel manifold and Turbosmart 38mm wastegate/screamer pipe i can include with either turbo at a little extra cost, it is to suit RB20/RB25. Lastly i have a Series 3 R31 skyline it is automatic and is white over black, lowered and has pacemaker extractors, the interior is in blue and is in fairly good condition. The body is in pretty rough condition, and the black paint could use a touch up, would make a good pig to do skids with a bit more HP, or could be fixed up with some TLC. Looking for around $600 without wheels, or $750 with the 17's pictured, it is unregistered. Contact on here or SMS me on 0408 117 171, Located near Launceston. Currently havent got any pics of the GT35. Cheers, Daniel.

PM me some more info!

i wasn't able to drive it as it wasn't finished yet but i was able to get it to surge pretty easily by revving it like in the video above ^ ... but i will drive it next time just to be sure. Also what is clamped in the end of that pipe peter ?
-
WTB VL Turbo stock ECU, asap!
-
Is it crucial for the pipe to be 17cm long? im not sure how long my bits were, just offcuts..
-
Ah cheers mate, i tried a piece of short 3" steel pipe, also a reducer and short 2.5" steel pipe, and also a couple of different sized elbows, all i could seem to get was the usual compressor surge noise i wasnt driving it when i tested it though, just revving it

Hey guys, Never made a dose pipe before but i have just turbo'd my mates 31 with a T3/T4 T04E and was playing around with various suggestions i found on the net but with no success, anyhow he isn't really fussed whether his dose's or not but i am about to turbo my 31 to give to my girlfriend and she really wants it to dose, so if anyone could help me out with some measurements or even better, pics..that would be awesome Thanks, Daniel.
-
Ah ok cheers mate, yeah i thought of those places, was gonna try them next, i get all my pipe from Atlas via work really cheap but can only by pipe in 6m lengths, i found an old HKS exhaust off my other 32 with about 1m of 4" stainless on the tip of it so i should be right to use that
-
It says in the video description, he was disqualified for something to do with a previous run, still pretty funny how he kept going
-
Is that in hobart? im up launnie way
-
G'Day guys, Going to start fabricating my 4" exhaust tomorrow for my GTR, but i reckon im going to need roughly 1m of pipe to get me from the rear diff to the cannon at the back, would prefer stainless to go with the rest of the system but mild would get me out of trouble, willing to pay whatever its worth, or beer. Contact via here or SMS me on 0408 117 171, Cheers, Daniel.

G'Day guys, Been trying to sell this for a while now, it is a HKS 2530 Ball Bearing unit with approximately 5000 K's on it, it is best suited for a single turbo application, would be perfect for any GTS-T or GT-T skyline, i had this on my RB20DET running 18PSI and it was really good. The rear housing cost me $500 on its own and is a T3 externally wastegated housing with a V Band dump pipe flange, i have the clamp and a 2.5/3 " flange to be welded onto the dump pipe, and also a KKR cast dump designed to bolt up to the standard front pipe. It is in very good condition and this can be easily confirmed upon inspection. I initially paid $1000 for this turbo and have since bought the rear housing, but i am willing to let the turbo go for $700, and for $1100 it can come with an ebay spec highmount manifold and a Turbosmart 38mm wastegate. Unfortunately it never came with oil/water lines, i had to use the lines off my GT35R which are currently in use, so is sold without. Pics can be taken upon request, Contact on here or SMS me on 0408 117 171 Cheers, Daniel.

Ive got one you can have for free mate if you can pull it out but it has paint all over it, could be cleaned off i would imagine... you could just cut the bodyshell up and take the whole rear pillars and get the glass removed somewhere else also.
-
Yeah that is mine, and the wheels i'm trying to offload
-
G'Day guys, Chasing some GTS-T Type-M sideskirts, genuine plastic or fibreglass would be fine, or if someone has an odd one kicking about they dont want id be happy to take it as i am looking to experiment with something different. Cheers.
