  1. Hrmm wat a pain in the butt ey. Can I ask what you mean by gauges not in dash ie. where were they mounted... Sounds like you got off pretty lightly.
  2. Give Quadrant Suspension a call. They are located in Berwick from memory Whitepages will have their number They can modify or manufacture whatever you need generally, but obviously at a price
  3. As topic, preferably in QLD, in near perfect condition. Anyone got one ? Non Air bag too, sorry should have mentioned that.
  4. Guys, just to let you know, I had my std t3 highflowed through Dan's contact, all I can say is the quality of the work is outstanding, this guy really knows what he is on about, and Dan went completely out of his way to pick my turbo up, and drop it back within 5 days!! I could not recommend going through Dan enough, top bloke, very trustworthy. Quick turn around, and the prices are competitive on highflows, but the prices on any GT series garrett can't be beaten I dont think Thanks again Dan.

Ohh a turbo down to nerang eyy But you wont have any time to cruise Dan, I forgot to tell you your installing it too hehheh
  7. If your able to pick it up that would be mad. I live on the gold coast though..? Yerp the turbo is standard everything. It's currently still on the car but i could most likely rip it off this weekend. Specs on the highflow would be excellent, definately would like to know what his plans would be, and how much the total price will come to. 4-5 days turnaround is fine. How well does he know you? Would he let the turbo go out the door and you drop him cash the next day? I am happy to pay cash for the job And just for interest sake, how long a warranty will it have. Cheers dan appreciate the help out. I am moving house tomorrow, if you need to get hold of me, give me a call on the number i sent you in PM. Worst case i should be back on the net saturday.
  8. Yeh I would remove the turbo and freight to where ever it needs to go. Let me know, sorry man I know your busy yourself and your making nothing out of this but if you can help me out in the next week, I'll fix you up with something, hopefully you like bourbon
  9. Dan appreciate the feedback, top work. seeing its an RB30, the motor rarely sees over 5500rpm anyways, 5000rpm is generally the limit with the cam and std head. I'm just after something that has a killer kick from 3000rpm to 5-5500rpm. Sounds like alot of stuffing around and more bling bling. Might just go with a t3/t4 combination that suits the power im after. Did you get my PM? If so could you please get back to me with a price. Thanks
  10. Dan FYI A couple of links for you http://horsepowerinabox.com/HPIAB2/prod296.htm this second link is of a GT30 500hp jobby which can be bought with a .63 turbine housing http://horsepowerinabox.com/HPIAB2/prod18.htm
  11. Hrmm I know one of them is internally wastegated, maybe its a GT30... Looking for something similiar to this in this thread. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=69833 in 0.63 or 0.84 comp. you have pm.
  12. Can i get a price on the GT35/40 700hp internally wastegated. (1.06 ex.housing) just want to confirm your GT35 price covers these units thanks
  13. If its mainly rough on idle and below 2000rpm, Air Flow Meter is the usual culprit. Other things can be vacuam leaks, faulty AAC Valve. Couple of suggestions.
  14. Put me down for a set of 33 side indicators champ I live 10 mins from southport. When and where is a good time to come pick them up? Will pm you my mobile number, give me a buzz and we can arrange something
  15. Actually Stainless mandrel bends are easy as to get Plenty of them around. Are you referring to thickness or diameter of the piping? Thickness as previously posted, no more than 2mm. Diameter, depends on quite a few things, length of piping, future upgrades, etc etc, but 2 1/2" is probably your best bet, with maybe a small 2" run from the compressor outlet on the turbo towards the cooler.
  16. I havent worked on these motors before but if they are anything like the RB30, then you should have an air regulator which controls your cold start. If the air reg jams open, it bypasses more air into the inlet thus ending up with a wildly high idle once the motor has warmed up. Sounds very similiar to what an RB30 does with a jammed air reg. Mine tended to rise the warmer it got until it was idling at 1200rpm... If there is infact an air reg, warm the motor to operating temperature, pop the hose off the top of the air reg and check to see if it has closed completely. If its still open, there is your problem most likely. Otherwise as suggested a vac leak somewhere along the lines.
  17. Damn man that is one fine example of a stock 32! If i had the dosh right now, I'd buy it myself. Good luck with the sale Free bump
