  1. Hey All This message is to let you know that regs and entry forms for the 2010 John Mott Memorial Sprint are available You can all start entering the event! Tell your friends, spread the word. The event format is the same as last year. * Saturday is a non-timed circuit familiarisation day. We will allow passengers at our discretion on selected sessions in the afternoon, which makes fun for everyone. * Sunday is a competitive, timed super sprint. This could decide who is the 2010 NCCA sprint king? * Normal for NCCA events, this event represents great value for money, with around 1hr track time per day. Last year some competitors got 50 laps, something previously unheard of - what could be better value for money? *A round of the Group 5 Speed Event Series Supplementary regulations and entry form is available on this forum, and on our club website, www.nissancarclub. org.au <http://www.nissanca rclub.org. au/> . Hope to see a few of you guys out on the track on the day Cheers Daniel Devenish 2010 John Mott Sprint secretary John_Mott_2010_regs.pdf

  3. Hello Everybody Nissan Car Club Australia has put together this event to appeal to all levels of competitor and we welcome first timers who may wish to take full advantage of Saturday's 'circuit familiarisation' sessions before tackling timed super-sprints on Sunday. Saturday I Is to be a series of circuit familiarisation runs where drivers can use the time to learn the circuit. We expect that track time will be at least one hour for the day, achieved through 15-20 minute sessions. Arrangements can be made to carry passengers on this day only. Experienced competitors will be on hand to offer advice throughout the day. Sunday Will be a series of multi-start super sprints of up to three individually timed flying laps. Typically, competitors will get four or five runs on the day but we will squeeze as much as we can to give maximum value for money. All flying laps are timed. A session consists of a warm-up lap, up to three timed, flying laps and then a cool down lap. The track will be driven in an anti-clockwise direction, and vehicles will be sent out in groups of four, with the groups being pre-arranged. Almost all cars are welcome to be entered on this weekend. The event uses the Group 5 Series classes, and these allow for almost any vehicle from stock standard through to rally cars through to race prepared vehicles. Some vehicle requirements should be met see the Supp Regs, Group 5 Series Rules and CAMS manual for clarification, otherwise contact the Event Secretary, Daniel Devenish (M) 040 368 1369 to see if your car is eligible. A special bonus entry fee rate of $270 is available to those who compete for both days, and enter early! Otherwise, single day entries are $150 prior to 21/07/07. $170 thereafter. Supp Regs are attached or are available now from the Nissan Car Club Australia website, http://www.nissancarclub.org.au or from the Event Secretary, Daniel Devenish (M) 040 368 1369. We hope to get your entry and that you enjoy your opportunity to drive this inner-city circuit. Thank you for those that have already offered their assistance. If anyone else wishes to help for either or both days, please contact either Andrew Woods or myself to express your interest Best Regards Daniel Devenish (dansrace260) Event Secretary 2009 John Mott Memorial Sprint john_mott_2009_supp_regs.pdf
