  2. the specs are great flow them in the car at 55psi with a -6 supply line or smaller and there goes the specs, the walbro in the tank is pumping at 0 pressure as a lift pump, no one said anything about a walbro out flowing an 044 at 55 psi.

  5. YOU WILL NEED TWO 044S, 113 HP AT THE CRANK PER LITRE OF E85, PETROL IS 165HP PER LITRE, AN 044 IS ONLY CAPABLE OF 3.6LTPM AT 55 PSI. THE WALBRO AS LONG AS IT IS THE BIGGER RATED UNIT WILL BE FINE. 1000CC INJECTORS WILL BE OK.
  6. Does anyone have a set of pon tommie non vct cams for sale
  7. could you flick a photo
  8. block all the breathers and the turbo will smoke so bad youll think its on fire
  9. The only reason i want to ditch the vct is the amount of oil it releases into the rh rocker box when it is deactivated at 6400, it has a 6 speed box so the ratios are pretty close i can afford to give away a little responce but the std cams are no good with out vct operating, i may have to fit a set of 256s and run it. what other head work did you do at the time and what where the net gains. cheers
  10. its not a streeter, the amount of oil the vct feed returns to the head when its deactivated at 6500 is an issue, and when using 8200 revs even with extra oil returns and restricted feeds is an issue. did the pon cams loose bottom end over std sticks even with vct active
  11. has anyone dynoed back to back rb25 std cams with vct operational and fitted pon 256 tommie cams with no vct
  12. we use the merc A class elec pumps, they are 2200 dollars, three wire hook up and are about 3.75" across and stand maybe 12-13" high. If you want i can get the part number for you
  13. cheers, ill get it back together and run it on the roller and let you know, thanks for the feed back guys
  14. so you dont think blocking the centre feed is the go, who is the sydney kid, he posted a chart re this
  15. have you ever blocked the centre oil feed with hydralic lifters
  16. 1.5 rear 1.5 centre and 1.9 front as per standard, the thing has done a bundle of racing, but with an n1 pump. i pulled the engine today, and fitted a -12 rear drain but not sure how far to cut back the top end feed, the vtc is still used and the power delivery is 11 hundred revs earlier with it, so i dont want to disconnect it, even with the 6 speed it hopeless at the track with out it. How far can you cut back the oil flow. im only running 70 psi hot.
  17. the sumps one i created, 6 gated deal nothing fancy, the thing has another issue where it fills the rocker covers at the track if you pull it through 6 gears there is no oil in the pan.
  18. i apparently carnt pm until ive posted 10 jigamawattys or what ever, im new at this forum thing
  19. 8.5 ltr, even if you spin the engine up for 1 power run the pressure drops 3 pound after 7k
  20. has any one run a nitto pump to 8000, does the oil pressure drop in the last 1000
