  1. Doing some stagea bits in the future in Dry Carbon. Just picked up some wind deflectors for R33, would have thought they fit the Stagea.
  2. Nothing specific, tried on quite a few threads, just comes up with meassage board.
  3. Can anyone tell me why I can`t download pictures? is it a permissions thing?
  4. Going to take a lot of work but looking forward to it. We have purchased a set of 18 inch x 9.5J rear wheels and 18 x 8.5j Front wheels, then some 20mm spacers. this will give us the stance we want for the wide arch kit.
  5. Just thought I`d say, your unlikely to have this problem with Dry carbon fibre as the resin is pre-pregnated and autoclaved. Where as the wet lay up carbon is a seperate layer of resin. So the top layer is prone to cracking and also warping and giving you a ripple effect. This is because the resins used can`t cope with temperature, so the sun heats up the resin and distorts it. Pre-preg carbon is baked in the autoclave 140 degrees, vacuum bagged and presurised, so the resin won`t warp. Just a food for thought when purchasing carbon fibre products. Better spending more on Dry carbon that will last a long time and look spot on, than waste your money on repairs and a shoddy looking product. Also the final product weighs much less due to a less resin used.
  6. If it`s just the resin, which I presume is wet lay up carbon fibre. Then rub it down with 1500 grit sandpaper until near the carbon. Then build up layers of resin.
  7. I read the post, he said that boost spiked to 14 psi, which if I`m correct is 1 bar. Far too much for standard tubby. So either his boost controller was set wrong of faulty.
  8. Could also be that your ecu went into safe mode and that`s why you lost power. This is why you really need to upgrade your Ecu and fuel delivery. I.e uprated fuel pump.
  9. If you have a stock turbo, you shouldn`t be running that much boost. The standard tubby only takes 0.85 bar.

  11. I`ve seen people fit the fiberglass ones by cutting the outer wing and seperating it from the inner wing. Then bend forward the inner wing or weld in a mounting strip onto the inner wing to mount the arches to.

  13. Just thought I`d let you guys no what we are up to as far as a project car goes. We currently have 2 R33 GTST`s, one as a runner and daily driver and one as a shell. This shell is our Mule for test products, so we can guarantee fit and quality of our R33 products. The shell is also being converted in to full dry carbon. It will have a Do-luck style front bumper, rear bumper and side skirts in dry Carbon. The boot and bonnet in dry carbon, the vented wings in dry carbon. Then a wide arch kit will be fabricated in fiberglass and then reproduced into dry carbon. Last but no means least the roof and doors made into dry carbon. So here`s the starting point, the shell.
