engineers report so it can get registered in australia, making sure its up to australian standards.

VIN: 6u9000bnr32011505 doesnt need import plates cause it was imported under regulatuion 17: states that the car was built before 1 of jan 1989. needs an engineers stamp and certifcate quoted $500
