Logged in for the first time in years just to say how stupid this forsale modification is. Fix it guys this is silly.

I called the W.A. Licence number and these are the costs incase anyone was wondering: Inspection: $87.90 (Pits) Plates: $23.90 Rego: ~$250 + Stamp duty. A temp permit ( Can be obtained over the phone ) for driving it around - $21 lasts for 48hrs.

Just about to purchase a R32 GTS-T for a crazy cheap price but the old owner has let the rego expire and has handed the plates in. ( idiot ) Its got a list of mods including but not limited to: FMIC, Exhaust, Pod Filter, BOV + Rims. It has no bumper on the front or the back and also needs a new rear window. ( Hence the extreemly cheap price ) My questions are: 1. Will I have trouble with the pits + these mods? The Pod filter is braced by two points so that should be ok but the exhaust and fmic.. I just don't know. I've read almost every link on this post: Vehicle Regulations, Licensing And The Road Traffic Laws but its not car specific and doesnt help me that much. The body kit I can find, the painting I can get done but I dont want to start begging for parts like standard exhausts and intercoolers just to make it over the damn pits. I'll get the rear window done thats not a big deal. might cost a few $$$ but!! *Car is my avatar will post better pictures tomorrow.

Wooo Might PM you about the Banshee stuff I'm having some dramas. Shame its not a 4wd Dyno got myself a modded WRX these days. Could trick it into 2wd but I've heard some crap dyno results from this.

I started this thread back on the 2nd of May 2006 and I'm both surprised and pleased to see it going so strong. I've got crazy work schedules these days and getting on these forums is getting harder and harder.. If anyone is a keen grumbler and finds them self having a whine at least once a week then please feel free to hand out some awards for the best grumble of the week. Having said that its probably best that it's just one person handing out the grumbler of the week award so msg me if your keen. Heck first person to msg me gets the job. It is 84 hours and its spread over two weeks. And yep its damn good just damn hard getting out of bed at 4:45am and getting to work before the sun rises.. then heading home after it sets again... ergghhh today was one of those days.. feeling a tad bit stuffed.
