  1. Not when you have to leave your car unattended while shopping. Gutless bastards like that are just the kind to "do stuff" when you're not looking.
  2. Do you really want to access your super though? Far better to let it accumulate for later.
  3. Work at Marleston.
  4. ONLY if you know what you're doing though. Brakes are one of those things you just can't afford to get wrong. Best of luck with getting it in tip top shape!
  5. Different emissions test to the one I am thinking of then. Apologies if I've misled anyone.
  6. Spotted RRR-033 on Deacon Ave Richmond this morning.
  7. Problem with the emissions testing is the cost, it's approx $3k pass or fail each time. Camshafts with increased valve overlap increase the emissions of unburnt hydrocarbons through the exhaust, and increase the likelihood of failure of this test. Best of luck.
  8. Link to Carsales Ad Not a huge fan of the stripes personally, but it looks like a nice clean car.
  9. Now to make the "car that's staying stock" um.... not stock!
  10. Mel, I'm very scared you have that pic available at your fingertips to post a year later! This chick was 20 years younger, so maybe her daughter!!!
  11. Knew you'd like it Mel, after last year's sightings!
  12. Have them balanced on the car, which will take the rotating assembly including spacer in to account. As others mentioned, wheel nuts would have been my first point to check. Just as a side note, the spacers are not legal, which you may or may not know or care. chops
  13. You should have seen it in the flesh... EEEEEW!
  14. Hook it up and run a 9!!! I can't wait to see it!

    Hey All

    Oh Diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!
  16. Did she like her free ride in the ambulance?
  17. Ask Keir - I'm pretty sure that's the size they're using now. They may even have a few cheap 1/2 used sets lying about before you decide to shell for them. Down side is although they are radial, and DOT approved, this does NOT make them road legal in SA. Up side is RWD Commodores have been known to get 1.5x sec 60' times on them - I got 1.74 with my mild combo.
  18. All cosmetic Matt, or did that "other thing" happen as well?
  19. Spewing that "trade" fell through. Sounded like a great deal. I noticed a new member "over there" with your name!
  20. IMO that doesn't make them smart at all.
  21. Matt - Mickey Thompson Drag radials. You won't be sorry.
  22. My advice if you are looking to study, is to try and build on the skills you have. Without industry experience in the field you choose to study in, for most degrees it will be a few years AFTER you finish study before you are back to where you are now income wise. Have you considered something like a management course, some of which can be done in addition to your current job, so you don't have to make a financial sacrifice to get something out of it? Just thinking out loud here for you.
  23. X-NNNNN XX-NNNN XXX-NNN XXXX-NN XXXXX-N These styles can all be had for a once of fee also (under $200 - been a while though), then an additional fee for transfer from one car to another.
  24. We haven't forgotten you! Be round to see you shortly! I can't believe this hasn't been snapped up yet! It's engineered and legal - BIG DOLLAR exercise!
  25. Limit is 90dB for all cars manufactured after 1983.
