Unfortunately you're pretty much sh1t out of luck. The way you will want to have it to drive it on the street it WON'T be legal anyway. Any exhaust you will need to make any kind of power out of the thing won't pass drive by noise regs. Any aftermarket programmable management is not legal, as it can be adjusted as soon as you leave from the testing. Spending money on trying to engineer it would better be saved for putting it back to stock if it ever gets defected. I hate to sound like a wet blanket, but a truly legal modified car is pretty much a pipe dream.
