    try fiberglassing the whole trim, make a copy and use that, fiberglass wont crack in sun, i think, it shouldnt lol

    just drill a hole in the bottom of the standard air box, and make a pipe going from one of the vents from the bar to the air box. =]

    i used a crowbar and just kept smacking from the engine bay, it worked for me, but took time
