  1. As requested by a few, I will post some more pictures, and also workout what the offsets are.
  2. Sold - Moderators Please delete this topic.
  3. Ey Dude, I got a 33 GTR as well, I put the BBS's on it, but it looked stupid! Offset does not suit the GTR at all, only suits GTST! Jay
  4. For Sale - BBS LM GOLD Edition staggered look to suit GTS-t Rear 18x9 (265/45/R18) Front 18x8 (235/45/R18) All tires are worn on inside, few little scratches on outer edge on two of the rims - nothing heavily noticeable though (have to look up close to notice) $1750 ono I'm in Victoria, my number is 0409 652 542. Cheers, Jay
  5. Sweet! Well I just went out and measured the standard 33 GTR rim which is a 17x9 +30 offset...So if I have my calculations right, a +12 offset in a 10.5 inch rim will will give 1mm less (inner to the strut) and 37mm extra (outer to the guard). Does that sound right to you? I gotta be sure especially if I gonne be spending $4k on rims!
  6. Hi All, I am in the final stage of completing my order on the nengun website. But I am having trouble coming to the conclusion of which offset I need in order to fill the guards nicely on my 96' R33 GTR VSpec. I am purchasing the RAYS VOLK GT-C Face 2 19" x 10.5" x Offset ???. I need to know what offset would I need in order to achieve this look of the GTR in the pic below. The offset options I have in that size are; +12, +24, +37 and -8. Also I am going for a stretched tyre look, would you say a 245/30R19 would fit a 10.5 in rim safely? Reason I'd like a 245 is so I don't have to lip the guards, but at worst case I will lip guards and put a 285/30 tires on their instead. I am also getting the TEIN-Type Flex fully adjustable suspension package for road use, not the track. Anybody had any experience with this suspension package on their GTR?
  7. Yeah mate interested! What dollars you wanting, and if any pics if possible?
  8. I turn 28 in January and I consider myself to be a "relatively" mature owner of this Skyline. I will be placing this on the CarPoint.com.au market shortly. However, I am willing to try sell on SkylinesAustralia first. I am the first Australian owner of this vehicle. I don't really want to sell my Skyline, however I have a genuine reason for sale and that is; I have recently bought a new toy...A GTR! It's getting a little expensive on the pocket insuring and running two Skylines. Plus, I'd like to throw a few dollars into the GTR. No encumbrance (in other words; no finance) on this vehicle, I own the car outright. Feel free to check this on the VICROADS website. However, I will only provide the registration number for genuine interested buyers. Registration runs out end of October this year. Details are as follows; Sound system (not even 3 months old); Cost $3,400 (have receipts & warranty) - Pioneer Double dimm head deck AVICF900BT (GPS, DVD, DivX, iPhone 3G, MP3 etc.) - JL Audio 4 Channel Amp - JL Audio 2 Channel Mono Block - JL Audio Splits - front - JL Audio 2way – rear - Kicker 07DCVR122 2 x 12in ported subs - Full Audioline wiring kit Wheels; BBS LM Edition Gold 18x9 (rear) 18x8 (front) +$3000 Tires; Bridgestone "something" 265/45/R18 Rear – good tread 235/45/R18 Front – poor tread, will need replacing for RWC, inside of tyre starting to wear Suspension; NISMO, S-Tune adjustable suspension (factory fitted – certificate comes with log books) Exhaust: Fujitsubo hi flow exhaust system twin from cat back (I think this was also fitted factory, I am not sure though) Turbocharger; 400HP rating Garrett GT25/2871R (have receipts $2,200) Ball bearing cartridge, steel turbine and compressor wheels. Bit of an upgrade from the standard thrust type baring, ceramic turbine wheel and plastic compressor wheel. Direct OEM fit, no fabrications were needed, looks 100% standard. Heat proof braided oil feed and water cooling lines. Genuine Nissan new exhaust studs, gaskets and nuts were used also. Boost controller, actuator, plumbing, dump pipe etc – all standard. This is the only modification that has ever been carried out on this engine. Engine has only been dyno tested once after new turbo was fitted to check air/fuel ratios, and the car also pulled 199rwkw (have dyno sheet). Fuel ratios were fine for the upgraded turbo, however minimal ping was detected whilst on dyno and crank timing was reduced by 2 degrees. So, having said all that; I didn't just go slap on a bigger turbo and go nuts, I took all the necessary precautions and thoroughly tested the new setup. I have the original standard turbo also. Turbo waste gate creeps open at 10PSI, maximum boost witnessed 13PSI on a cold night. So, 199rwkw at 12psi – no stupid boost levels ever pumped into this engine, given standard fuel setup. A healthy standard R33 will pull on average 130 to 160 rwkw, with a filter and exhaust. Service History; Major Service just performed @ 95,000k's ($500-have receipts); - Genuine Nissan Waterpump - Genuine Nissan Timing Belt - Genuine Nissan Idler and tension pulleys - Genuine Nissan Front main seal - Plugs BKR7E - Oil Filter Ryco - Motul Turbo light oil - Fuel Filter Ryco etc. Clutch: ($450 - have receipts) work carried out not even three months ago. - EXEDY Heavy Duty full face clutch kit including flywheel machining - Rear main seal - Gearbox main seal - Spigot bush replaced - Thrust bearing (part of the kit) Interior is spotless, body is dead straight, paint in excellent condition and especially the head lights still look new – not dull or faded. I am confident this car will not need anything for roadworthy – just two front tires. The synchro's in the gearbox are perfect! If you'd know Skylines, they have a tendency to clash second gear a little. I believe this gearbox has had a respectable life, and the whole car for that matter. Asking $16,900 ono with everything OR $14,400 ono WITHOUT Sound system I'd prefer to not sell the car WITHOUT the sound system, as I do not have the time to remove it. It took a whole bloody weekend to put in, never doing a job like that again. However, work was carried out professionally (soldered, heat shrink, electrical tape etc.), I do IT networking so have a broad knowledge about electronics. So, the stereo ain't gonna blow up or anything! Oh, and by the way; I removed the side skirts, I didn't like the look of them! But I still have, they will come with the car if wanted to put back on, also the rear pods. Not interested in swapping , but I will consider swapping with a new R35 GTR Well that was one hell of a write up, got a bit carried away there and a little self indulgent! Anyway, my contact details are as follows; Mobile: 0409 652 542 - Melbourne Email: [email protected]
