    yeah, they'll come out in one piece and go back in no worries... they're really tight so don't expect them to come out without a lil force... (i was suprised how tightly they fit)...

    use a flat head screwdriver and they'll pop out... sounds harsh but that's all i did to put in the ricie led ones... (they have push-in-sides if u look underneath).... hope that helps.

    yeah, 10PSI is stock on '32s and a 3" cat-back will make it spike to 12 (like mine....)

    COUNCIL elections mate... tht's just the way they are... it's basically to save A LOT of time for eletoral emplyees... saves a lot of excess work, excess counting and excess preperation... I work for the electoral office and i can tell you, you have no idea how much extra work there'd be if it where any other way....
