couldn't agree more mate, it utilizes your whole foot as the ground is constantly changing. try running on sand as well... that is good for calf burning.. or if you really want to fck yourself up, do some mexicans. running up sand dunes... oh yeah.

Do you run on the road or grass? If your a road runner try running on the grass.. it has less impact on your body and you might be suprised how you pull up.

Spotted a nice black V36 yesterday around 12:00pm. number plates were in NFINTY on Queensbridge street right near Crown. -
drove along side a White R32 GTR, cruised all the way from corner of princes highway/ wellington road to corner of South and Warrigal road. plates were NSMO-** nice car mate. sounded awesome.

if you have a really good diet (which it sounds like you do) you probably don't need protein. see how you go with a spot. you might be suprised. But then again, you have your days when you can push out 12 reps by yourself then others where you can only do 6.

Maybe get someone to spot you, at least you will be able to push out the full 10 reps??

My old man is looking at getting something similar. they have to be the most comfortable 4WD on the market, however you should shop around, make sure you bargin hard. If you want to compare it to something go and test drive the Volkswagen Toureag. V6TDI or V10TDI, for what you get in terms of options they are very very generous. like Reverse camera, SATNAV, heated seats, sunroof, tow bar. 20 inch wheels.

Peppermint tea and any type of chinese tea is good for digestion after dinner. try and find one without caffeine as well. plus it re-hydrates you as well.

That is one well looked after car from what I can see from the Pictures. as RBNT said... rare colour too... looks in fantastic condition.
