  8. Hey selling this as it was part of a trade. Dont need it as weve just had a baby and need the money to buy a bigger car. Its a 2002 S15 Spec S GT, Australian New So has the nice leather seats etc. Late model (quite rare) 127,000KMs Exterior: Black with Carbon Fibre Hood (looks nice, not over the top) 18x8 & 18x9.5 anz black mesh wheels with New Tyres all round Apexi power fc with electronic boost controller - Mild Tune Front mount intercooler And stainless Piping Z32 air flow meter Stainless 3" exhaust system Bosch 023 fuel pump in tank Sard fuel pressure regulator Standard 480cc injectors Gt28 turbo standard s15 Custom single plate clutch and flywheel - gone is the dual mass flywheel (done by previous owner) Tein Super Street Adjustable Coilovers (Aftermarket tie rods, caster arms, camber and toe arms, and suspension upgrades as seen in pic) Interior: Standard leather interior Aus spec cluster standard with 260km/h speedo 200sx floor mats boost guage Alpine Headunit 5% 3M tint with full lifetime warranty The car does around 640kms to a full tank which is great. Rego is cheap and insurance is good too All round its a great looking car, quick and all the works been done already! The only problems with the car is the front bar has a few stone chips and the rear boot has been resprayed and theres a couple of small 20cent size marks under the paint, very hard to notice but have to list all problems!   9. So Just repeating for those unaware, I have just spent alot of money on new tyres, alloy radiator etc and have now got a Road worthy and 6 months brand new Rego! Cars got to go, its just sitting there Price is now $18000 Neg because of the $2000 Ive just spent on radiator tyres and rego. Bargain for someone here make an offer!!
  10. Hey guys, time to sell the gtr. Weve just had a baby on saturday and I cant justify the money im about to spend on this car, theres more important things I could use the money for. CURRENTLY REGISTERED UNTIL MARCH 2010 AND HAS CURRENT ROAD WORTHY CERT Background info: I bought the car bone stock standard off an older guy up north who used to import gtrs, he got out of the game a few years ago then his friend imported this gtr with the purpose to garage it being a prime mint condition gtr. He bought the car with the intention to do the same, registered it, drove it to work everyday then decided to sell it. I had been looking for a base car to do a ground up overhaul of everything, looked for a long time then found this. Since owning the car Ive put the current wheels on, tein suspension, hks full exhaust, hks filter and HKS kansai ECU. I took the car off the road when the rego ran out in feb this year, since then Ive been working on the whole underbody of the car. Its taken a while and been the grubbiest thing ive ever done but the results speak for themselves and it seem too good to drive on the road haha. Most of the subframes have been sanded back and resprayed, other pieces have been replaced and the body has been recoated in road seal (not a fun job with limited room to move, very sticky) The plan was to get a 350rwkw setup going, then just drive the car on the weekends. I would keep the car but we really need the money for more important things. At present the mods are: HKS Downpipe HKS Hi-Power Exhaust HI-FLO cat HKS Mushroom filters Tein Coilovers HKS Kansai ECU 17" x 9.5 Custom wheels (Gloss black/matt black) Sony Headunit, JBL front speakers, kenwood rears, 12" sub and amp Great sound. Brand new Alloy 52mm radiator - Can post up pics of radiator in engine bay on demand Bridgstone potenza 255/40s all round 90% tread left, tyres cost $520 each $2080 worth of tyres alone they are the best ive ever driven on. The car is imaculate you can see in the pics the condition of the thing, every gtr owner ive met have said its one of the tidiest if not tidest theyve seen. This is before all the work ive done. So in the last 6 months I made this already mint gtr, even minter. And you really need to see the car in person to appreciate it. The car apparently had a rebuild at around 80,000kms in japan. Obviously this isnt proven and is a guide the car would have since done 50,000kms regardless. Problems: -Needs new coilpacks -Alternator belt -Engine could do with a service, I havnt got around to it with it being dereg for so long. Ive got a few pics here but have alot more avail on demand. Im open to offers, its a great car and your welcome to come have a look. It will impress Also included, all factory parts ive replaced, mirrors, suspension, fliter box and filter etc
  11. Identified but not comfirmed. I think its a big shattered marble. I had a friend have the exact same problem in his 32 and it was also a T3 turbo. He had to rebuild his engine though, I guess your very lucky, like its been said get a compression test just incase. Lucky you
  12. This is a thread that will never end. There is not ONE person who knows the 'real' answer to this. Every engine is different until you put a turbo on it, then they all become quite similar in performance. 13btt rx7 300rwkw vs rb26dett gtr 300rwkw who wins straight line? RX-7 due to its weight, not its real engine rotations! If you are right about 3.9 litre not 1.3. Take a little time out and look at the rx7 rev limiter. Your technically saying the RX-7 is doing 25,200RPMs coming from 8,400RPMS, times 3. A two stroke motorcycle does around 17,000rpm redline at 2 strokes rather than 3 the tacho doesnt read 8,500. Did Mazda introduce a new RPM reader? That reads 1/3 of the real RPM whats the diference between Mazdas tacho and that motorcycles tacho? Dont post a silly answer because no one knows the answer to that, just a little food for thought however. Im not saying im right, because I dont know, but its something you need to look at.

  21. Your crackin it arnt you mate, I cant stand people like you. Any normal half brained guy would choose a 2.8 over a stock R33 engine. ESPECIALLY if your only going to nanna the car, if your not going to DRIVE it SELL IT! GTRs are ment to be driven hard, grow a pair and Dont bullshit on forums mate, seriously....Annoying

  23. Thanks mate, pretty happy with how its all coming up, looks great in person. Slowly getting down the the back of the car will get pics up as progres comes. Just a general question, Im in the market for an R34 gtr, so if one comes along I may have to sell this, just wondering what sort of interest there would be in a car thats had this sort of work done to this standard? Any comments would be great, what sort of money would you pay?
  24. Chrome wheels, theres VIP chromes, cruiser chromes, then sports looking chromes. Neither the first two look any good at all on a skyline, R34 might get away with Sports Chromes, R32 looks dogs balls with any chromes and if you put chromes on a stock r33 you just look like a douche, buy a bmw or a lexus if you wanna put chromes on. LED tail lights, not into them, skylines arnt new audis or holden clubsports. Buy an audi or a (holden) Those discusting chequer plate floor matts in a shiny colour, ew! Flares, like what goes on an old KE corolla or torana. Ew! Mufflers with the 90 degree bend into the ground on the tip. Yuck! Its not a rotor GTR badges, why do it, a good r32 gtst is worth what $4000 less than the average R32 GTR? SAVE UP!!! Eyelids on headlights that arnt the same colour as the bonnet! Or even better are just Black tape, HMMM Front bumpers that have a massive cut out for the Front mount. Just looks dingy, cheap! Atleast keep the bottom lip! Brake calipers painted in $5 paint that starts peeling after the first drive and looks matt Stickers everywhere, not even JDM stickers, unless your sponsered by HKS dont plaster them all over your car! Lastly on my first ever rant here. Dont buy a skyline if you intend on making it look 'pretty' you will just look GAY. They are tough cars, made to look fast not like theyre ment to be some kind of car 'lollie'?
  25. Hey guys been pretty slack lately ive finally got the whole front underbody section done though and its looking pretty spiffy underneath. Its taken a while and believe me its not the best fun under there with grease and dust everywhere and limited room to manouvre anything but im making a little progress...Heres a couple of pics What you think? You can see where ive stopped with the road seal, im about to start on that area back today
