  1. From memory, Nissan does require you to have before/after services if you decide to track the car in order to keep it under warranty. And this comes with a price tag of $1000 (from memory....... )
  2. really depends on how far north u willing to go? I live in the South side but i always travel to Burpengary to get my things done! The guy works for a performance shop but he also do some jobs at home too!
  3. Was about to ask this question myself!!! seriously, so many R32 and R33s getting stolen, is it just because of the type of car? making it easy to drive off? anyone got any good recommendations in the type of immobiliser/alarm that's safer?
  4. I guess the performance of R35 is in a different league to the 34, however............... i would still love to own a R34 as well!
  5. that looks awesome, congrats mate! ................... planning to go down that route sometime next year!
  6. had a R33 GTR back in 2000, sold it cos there was just way too many fake GTR's running around. thank god that R35 looks vastly different to the V35............... even though there are still some attempts for the V35 owners trying to stain the GTR badge! i think there are 2 white V35s running around in sunnybank with the badges....................
  7. so are we still meeting @ 9.00 pm? was there on the 1/10 but it was pretty much an empty carpark
  8. Hi All Looking to get my Vertex widebody kit installed and sprayed. Wondering whether anyone has any experience with the Des in "The Paint Project" in Biggera Waters. Or does anyone else have other recommendations. Cheers
  9. Doing mostly highway but with occasional mountain runs and has done just over 12500kms on my bridgestones. Tyres are still going but last time i went for service the technicians said they will probably just last another 5000kms I can definitely feel a lost of grip after around 8000k, and tyres are aquaplanting badly. Love to hear people's feedback for wet driving.
  10. well, it was around 7yrs ago that i got a 400R bodykit for my R33 GTR and the fitment was crap. Maybe i was just a unlucky one.
  11. Definitely wouldn't use DMD for kits, could try buying it from online shops from US or Jap since AUD is quite strong rite now!
  12. Hey guys, i'm planning on getting Cobb for my 35, can anyone tell me if i do get it how i can get it tuned? any good tuner in Brisbane? or does Martin do post tunes?
  13. hey guys, can anyone tell me how much a Cobb Accessport custom tune would be?
  14. hey Chris, I am in Brisbane South, also keen on the ipod idea, let me know if u still need an 09 ADM to test
  15. as for Cameron's body shop, has anyone actually looked at their work? the information i gathered was that they may not use good quality paint???
  16. Hi GTR32G: I am also in the middle of finding a good spray painter, but unfortunately i am also in Brisbane. Is there anyone that u could recommend in Brisbane? and how much are they normally for a full respray with pearl paint? and what sort of questions should i be asking and things i should be aware of? Any advice would be much appreciated. Cheers Web

    Body Parts

honestly, i would not get into modding the R35's exterior in any way as Nissan has done extensive research in the exterior and i doubt that any aftermarket companies has spend money in wind-tunnel testing, surely they will look more unique but i don't think it would do any benefit in terms of performance. Unless someone is looking to do some very serious track work, then in that case, large GT wing and wide body kit may be necessary

    Servicing Fees

that's where the post-inspection comes in ..... open up the oil filler cap, pour in the oil and voila $600 please ...... i think both Moorooka and GC dealer says they dont deal with JDM cars, but i maybe if ur willing to pay more? money talks

    Servicing Fees

Engine fluid is reduced to decrease oil pressure, as when racing the oil temperature rises and the increased oil pressure could potentially burst pipes
  22. i think Bride actually have made seat rails for the R35 good luck
