  1. This is my second R33, I have only owned it for around 6 months now and have had no issues with it. Reguarly serviced, pretty well as stock as they come (Compared to my old one anyway! ). The only modifications are as follows: - Mines Tuned ECU (makes around 180 RWKW ~ 10psi) - Series 2 Turbo (fast response) - Kakimoto 3" Cat Back Exhaust - Momo Steering Wheel and Shift Knob - Series 2 Interior - Black roof and bonnet (done by previous owner) Has a few minor dents and scratches on the paint, but which 16 year old car doesn't. Reason for selling is I want to finish off my track car and could use the money to put towards it and the reason for the cheap sale prices is because I want to finish off my track car very soon and am hoping for a quick sale. Call or message me anytime to arrange a time to come see it. Open to reasonable offers around the asking price. Car is not currently registered hence why it has no plates on it but I can easily sort it out for you for you, but I will not be including rego unless I get the asking price. $7400 ONO Pics here on my other ad: Pics 0437 247 735 Location: Para Hills SA
  2. Bump! Still up for sale guys, need to sell it!! Please hit me with any resonable offers
  3. Alrighty, Final Price drop: $10,000 firm Can remove PFC + Boost Control and replace with Mines ECU and standard boost solenoid and sell for $9000 Remove Recaro Seat and replace with standard - $8800 You could not buy and modify an R33 with these mods for the price i'm asking, and i will even include all the stock parts i have if bought for 10k: - Mines Tuned ECU and Standard Boost Control (179RWKW @ 7psi) - Standard Rear Springs and Shocks I'm sure i've got more stock parts than that i just can't remember them off the top of my head, but will post up again when i check what i do have.
  4. Some interior shots and more recent photo's: Thanks for looking guys!
  5. BUMP! No one at all intersted in making an offer around the asking price or got something they wanna trade (late model 4 cyl, prefer Pulsar or Corolla, prefer manual also)???
  6. Ok now its under my account, sorry craig! Hey all, This is actually my car but i could not get the post to go through on my account so got my mate here to do it for me... The car now has full set of new tires 235/45 fronts 255/40 rears. Few things i forgot to mention: - Car has cold working A/C/nice warm heater - Immobiliser/Alarm (ADR Compliant) - Interior In excellent condition - Genuine Nissan Floor mats in excellent condition Open to all resonable offers as i have 2 weeks now until settlement of my new house! Thanks for looking
  7. Hey All Unfortunaelty for me, due to recently purchsing a house, it has come time for me to give up my Skyline. I've owned this car for 2.5 years and i have to say it has been the most reliable car i have ever owned, i service the car every 5000k's religiously (Oil and filter) and maintain everything else as it should be: Timing belt, tensioner/idler, cam seals, crank seals, water pump @ 175,000, Gearbox oil every 15,000, diff oil done recently. This car is daily driven and i do close on 1000k's per fortnight driving it, hence the body has some wear and tear: Door got opened on the front right quarter panel, slight dent. Rear right hand side, dent from inside of boot, right at the top of the rear pod, paint chipped off (bout 5c piece size). And only last week - rear left hand side bumper, looks like someone hit it reversing out of a park , slight dent to rear quarter, nice scrape mark (mostly polished out) and the rear bar is slightly cracked (bout 3cm long). Front bar, lower section where intercooler pipe goes, scrape marks from high parking cerb, slightly touched it. Paint on roof drivers side starting to fade in small sections, some clear coat peeling. I can provide anyone with photo's of these imperfections if they would like to see it. Apart from that though the car feels in good mechanical condition, engine feels strong still, idles fine, pulls really well. The aim with the mods was to be a fast, responsive street car. Handles very well and the suspension is not uncomfortable for daily use, not to hard but not to soft. Would suit someone into 'spirited drives' so to speak or someone looking for a drifter to add a few things to and go for broke on the track. - 1993 Nissan R33 Skyline GTS25T - Wine Red - Usual nissan electrics, retracting mirrors/aerial are not working - Stardard body kit all round (yes it still has the standard rear spoiler) - 193,000k's Modifications: Engine: - Power FC w/hand controller with Apex'i boost control kit - Genuine Hybrid FMIC 600x300x100 - HKS Drag Air Filter - Trust 3" Turbo back exhaust (nice and quiet, doesn't drone) - Last dyno made 189RWKW on 12psi (0.85 bar) Suspension: - Front: Tanabe Sustec Shocks with RSR Springs. Rear: Nismo 4-way adjustable shocks with RSR springs - Cusco Adjustable Castor rods - Unknown brand upgraded front sway bar - Nismo front strut brace, cusco rear Wheels/Driveline/Brakes: - 17" Work S2R's, 9" rear with 255/50 and 8" front with 235/45 (rims have a few gouges) - Nismo solid gearbox mount - Front: DBA 4000 Series Slotted and Cross drilled rotors with Intima Street/Race pads, standard disc's rear with Lucas pads - Extreme XHD Organic Plate Clucth (done prob 10,000k's) Interior: - Drivers side Recaro bucket seat (rips in the usual places) - Pioneer CD/MP3 player with 6 stacker in boot - Pioneer 6-inch splits front, VDO 3-ways at the rear (cranks plenty loud enough) - Nismo Gear Knob - New gear stick and handbrake gaitors Car is booked in next week to get a brand new full set of tyres (Nankangs) so buyer will not have to worry about tyres for a while to come yet. $11,000 but very willing to negotiate for a quick sale, no stupid offers and if i was looking for a trade of any sort it wold be a very late 90's or early 00's Pulsar, manual hatchback or a corolla of similar specs, but no silvia's, 180s (already got one) or other turbo cars. Basically anything Jap built that doesn't chew fuel, plus depending on age of car and condition, cash my way. Feel free to contact me if your interested : Adam 0437 247 735 Some Photo's: Will have some more photo's up tommorrow of interior etc or PM me for a specific shot or any questions also. Thanks for looking!

19. Hey all, Wondering from what people have expierienced whether its a better option to get a reconditioned rack and replace your stuffed rack with that one or find a rack from a wreckers and replace it with one of those only to have it possibly leak again in the near future or fix the current rack in the car by replacing the seals and boots both sides? Not looking at it from the cheapest-way point of view, but moreso what will be the best option for continued reliability Also, if reconditioning is the best option, can anyone reccommend a place to have it done (In adelaide, prefered closeish to CBD) and/or get a changeover rack? Thanks in advance, Adam
  20. Sounds similar to what a problem i had with mine, but mines a series 1 but shouldn't matter as fuel tank/system is the same. The actual fuel level reader falls off (hard suspension can do this) the braket its mounted on inside the tank and just floats around at the top and gives off mixed reading's. Foudn that out when i replace my fuel pump for a walbro. Would read full tank when full, then 3/4 tank after about 250k's then all of a sudden drop to 1/4 tank. I'm also pretty sure that the fuel level low sensor (the dash light sensor) is attached to the fuel level sensor, so that is prob causing it to be on despite the full tank as the sensor is probably not picking up that the fuel is there due to the whole thing floating round in the tank Just an idea
  21. Yeah that sucks man, sorry to hear. Has anyone ever thought of doing a stakeout? You know, put a nice looking car in the car park and have people/mate's watch from a distance and then the hard part - waiting! lol Hopefully then you can catch these f**kers in the act, have a video recorder handy so you can record what happens, if anything, and then proceed to stop them with you and your mates, show them a bit of non-bruising justice than call the cops... I know it might not be the best thing to be trying, its possibly a little dangerous and probably what the police would'nt want, but if cops say they can't do much about it, which i've heard a bit, then there isn't much of a choice! These assholes stealing out cars increases insurance premiums, registration cost, everything all cos these f**kers can't keep there hand on there own shit
  22. Yeah mate, they are supposed to so chances are something in the indicator stalk is broken. Take off the column surround and unscrew the stalk, disconnect wiring, watching as you pull it out for any broken bits that might fall somewhere. Then have a good look at the stalk and its mechanism and see if you can see anything that doesn't look right. Its kinda hard to explain what to look for. All else fails, just go grab another stalk from a wreckers and chuck it on and see if they cancel out then Good luck
  23. Just an idea, but what sort of fuel pump do you have in the car? If its the original pump, i would put a bet on that being your problem. I have experienced a similar sort of problem to what you described in a mates 180SX. The car made full boost, made lots of noise but went no where! We ended up discovering the earthing points for the fuel pump had been very dodgily redone and was not making a good connection, hence not flowing the right amount of current to the fuel pump to maintain fuel pressure and flow. My thoughts were the car was leaning out very hard, and if you say you turbo's/manifold/muffler were glowing, then that would be a sign that the engine is running extremely lean (very very hot exhaust gas temps) So basically, if you know your still running the standard original pump, have it check for flow and pressure. But if you have only recently put in an aftermarket pump, check all of the connections to the pump, make sure any crimped connections (ideally should be soldered) have not broken and that the right gauge wire was used on the fuel pump (speaker wire will not carry the current required) Easy one to check. When i did my fuel setup on my race car, i went for 4mm wire thickness to make sure it would handle the current draw, and also re-worked the whole circuit (made my own, direct connection to battery, 30A relay in between)
  24. As if this guy isn't a cop fishing for locations of where all the street action happens Don't make it any worse for us than what it is already and take it to a track
