how much to send the cooler and piping to sydney?

when they installed the rb25, it looks like the wiring conversion was a little bit sub par. Im pretty sure its still running some of the rb20det loom. The plug for the wiper motor does have a few wires taped over so maybe it was connected the wrong one. There is no power getting to the motor in the first 2 speeds, but there is at the 3rd. Also, the wipers dont reset when i turn the switch off, so im thinking power is only going to the high speed wire?

Hey Im just cleaning up my car a bit and fixing all the little things which dont work. Its an 89 r32 4 door which has had an rb25de put in by a previous owner. Im trying to figure out why my windscreen wipers wont work properly. I have searched, but cant seem to figure it out myself. There is a wire spliced into the wiring connected to the wiper motor, im pretty sure its coming from the ecu. The wipers only work when i select high speed, the first 2 clicks of the switch do nothing. There are no extra wires running to the switch from what i can tell. If anyone has any idea where to start looking it would be awesome..

the offset should be listed on the sticker somewhere. Or it would be stamped somewhere on the inside of the rim. I have a full set of r33 stockies here too...but no fantastic tires. You could keep the tires off these if you wanted? PM me if your interested at all..

whats the offset? Do you have the need for a set of 18" konig wheels by any chance?

I wouldnt get a custom exhaust made for a rb20de. $1300 is alot for the amount of gains you will get over what you have. Maybe look at putting on a stock gtst or gtr exhaust, or find soemthing a bit nicer on the wallet.

hey Im just collecting a few bits and pieces for my na+t conversion. Would prefer people in sydney so I can pick up to keep costs down. This is the perfect chance to get rid of any random parts you dont want anymore.. Im after -intercooler piping, can be stock or aftermarket. Will be going in an r32 -possibly a suitable front mount intercooler, I already have 2 stock ones though -aftermarket dump/front pipe for rb25/r32...as long as it has the right flange -series 1 rb25 ecu -r33 intake pipe -rb25 o2 sensor, prefer good condition So yeah, if anyone has some parts laying around let me know

i know its a long shot, but would you trade for a set of konig wheels? i need the wheels gone, and im collecting rb25 turbo parts...

You can do it without replacing the whole subframe. The hicas subframe has holes already in it for toe arms, youll just want to make a bracket to sit on the other side...I did this and thought its easier than swapping the whole subframe over.

ahh ok, ill have a look at that when i get a chance. I just checked and the rear wheels for play and they are perfect. Yay for getting rid of hicas! But the front has a bit of play, so new tie rods and ends would help. The one thing i did notice was that one of the rear wheels doesnt have any weights on it. Im pretty sure none of the factory wheels were perfect, so maybe i should get that checked out too...

Well the rear toe is all good. I only just had an alignment. Ill check to make sure nothing else has play in it though. It occurs on other tires too, so they cant be the problem. It feels like its coming from the middle of the car, so maybe tailshaft or soemthing? Though its hard to tell from the drivers seat lol. Anyone had extra vibration from a solid gearbox mount?
