Some low life backed into my immmaculate GTR yesterday while I was parked for less than 30 minutes, 1cm wide gouges about 3" high each, plus the bumper is now discoloured and warped. I'm so sick of people doing runners. I could see the person had wiped their hand across the damage and had left no note or anything. They knew they did wrong and just drove off. I'm going back to the carpark today to see if they have surveillance tapes, but I doubt they are going to be helpful. To say i'm pissed off is an understatement. If you could tell me who this person was I will probably be in jail next week on violence charges. If I ever see anyone backing into a car and driving off as I have done in the past, I write down the car make/model, colour and numberplate, with my name and number. If only someone had returned the courtesy for me.

Update: The car has been registered for a while now, - Alpine Touchscreen has been installed, it rocks! - Correct boss kit is installed, Yeah!! Thanks LW. 3.5" Muffler and 3" GTR twin dumps arrived today, I will put some pics up tomorrow.. The 3.5" Muffler is actually a Truck Muffler and cost $200. The Twin Dumps are stainless steel and cost $700.. couldnt really find a better price on the dumps. They are just the dumps, not the pipes. Have I paid too much? Pics coming soon

Hi dan. The best way to tell the difference is to pop your fuse box and remove the "4wd" fuse. Take it for a drive for 20 minutes.. then put the fuse back in. Be very careful with the fuse out Have fun.

Forcefed: To take your questions seriously for a change, regardless of the fact that I think your an albeit entertaining tool, I think if I had $30-$40k to spend on a performance car that is either a: s13, s14, s15 or r32, r33, r34 etc And the goal was performance, you CAN not go past either an r32 GTR 15y+ model with $20k of engine mods spent on it, or an s15 with $15k of mods thrown at it. I could go in to why, but tell me why you think these would both be good options?

Mario: Trust me mate i've been down this path before.. calling out all the "GTR Pretenders".. Its a hard game to play. Hmm, Today I picked up a set of 245/50/16's for the rears (as opposed to the 245/45/16's) because they had about 90% tread left on them and only cost me $60 the fronts are unchanged at 245/45/16s.. the 4wd light hasnt come on yet, but the rears feel a bit nervous when cornering hard.. Will this cause problems with ATTESA?
