sorry just i read the details....however I have just got my licence, do I need to do flags somewhere before driving?

can somebody tell me what I need for a day like this? helmet, suit etc? and what my car needs for scruitineering? I have a CAMS level 2 speed licence...all good?

I have alpine type S all round 6.5" coaxial in the front and 6x9 in the back run off a 4 channel which sits hidden under the passenger seat ( i like my limited boot space). Had to cut bigger holes in the parcel shelf and mount them on spacers to clear the battery. Finished off the doors with dynamat and dynamat and dynaliner under the rear seats. Sounds awesome for entry level speakers, great well rounded sound when amped and no real need for a sub

tonight at southland shopping centre. all parked on level 5 or 6 of cinemas black s2 r33 and super clean white 34 with dark bonnet on lev 5 and parked next to a white 32 gts4 on lev 6 with SAU sticker (you must work there cos i rocked up at 4 and you were still there at 9). good to see

I have an R33 gtst and up until a few weeks ago all was good. Now, when the car is idling the boost gauge shows a reading halfway between -7 and 0, when it always used to show -7. The same thing happens when shifting down, it never seems to drop below that halfway line and the car sort of just rolls...no real engine breaking or reverse thrust or whatever its called. When you're rolling in gear then open the throttle, the turbo lag is horrible. Any info would be much appreciated

Is there a corporate body who oversees the audio installation industry? Do businesses have to be affiliated with such a body and do installers of audio and security systems need to be formally qualified through TAFE or trainee ship to seek work etc?? The reason I ask is I would be interested in getting into the industry but need a little info before making my mind up

I need some advice on a pair of speakers that work well just run off a alpine head unit. I also need to know what speakers are needed as they are not going into a skyline but a mates 1998 generation 2 mazda mx5 (5x7 splits????? i dunno, help!) what should we look for as these are the only two speakers in the car I think?? and it'd be good if they sounded semi decent

My mate has a Mazda MX5 generation 2 1998 and he wants a pair of decent speakers in the doors. Anybody got any ideas? What size speakers are they? (5x7 splits???????) they'll just be run form the head unit

Hi guys. Wouldn't mind getting some advice before i go throwing parts at it. Went for a cruise with some friends, wasn't pushing hard at all but was driving for about three hours. On the way home I pulled over to use my phone and noticed a really rough idle all of a sudden, was jumping between 500rpm and 1000rpm. The headlights were flickering etc. Take off again and anything below 2000rpm is missing bad, and got a crazy backfire aswell which has come from nowhere. After 2000rpm however, there doesn't seem to be a problem, everything sounds normal and it still goes ok. So I haven't had a chance to pull it apart yet with work and exams but I really dont know what it could be. My mate replaced his coils and plugs in his 33 but his miss was in the top end over 4000rpm. ????

hi guys, im pretty new to the whole modifying cars. got a r33, pretty much stock. will i notice a big difference if i put anti sway bars in to stiffen the chassis? its just a daily drive car atm but i wanna do some track driving so im looking at all these things now:) wouldnt mind some advice on this and some other good mods without gong over the top. cheers!

wats up guys, im getting a weird sort of whirring noise when the car is in neutral but when i throw the clutch it goes away...any ideas? cheers
