just message Hypergear and tell him what you want...he always replies fairly quickly and will know what is best for you..
he also has the tdo6 turbos in 10cm but no internal gate so its a bit of effort to get it on a stock manifold...better with a high mount...kick ass little turbo though..
Hasn't redline got something in it that makes it stick to the gears to hep prevent it going dry as yours has...
I remember seeing a photo of a box or a diff that had blown its casing and you could see the oil still stuck thick to the gears..was quite amazing..
Just not 100% if it was redline or another oil..
just checking Disco but you did use proper fuel injection clamps ..not normal hose clamps..I got these for 1$ each at some speed shop...worth replacing..
just FYI i'm using Conan 5/16 hose...seems to work alright was cheap too
i like oil flushes,...are they necessary??..who knows but the way i see it it cant hurt...
That said i only use them when either changing to different oil or on my diesel ute on occasion. as iot was recomended by a mechanic as diesel oil tends to clog up.
when you use them I definately notice the oil drain quicker..
racepace and status both recomend edge 10-60 for ethanol..only reason I went with it..5-40 for your average daily should be more than sufficient

I use everyday repco oil flush if Im changing oils...its about 12$ and definately thins your oil for good drainage..only do it if i'm changing to a different oil though.put it in run it warm and drain...liquimoly stuff is over 20$ a bottle...more than i want to flush down the ...errm.....drain

i saw trent talking about running a tdo6 (of some description) with 12cm combo on a neo...my guess is it will come on a little later but make hard power all the way to 8000rp+ and then some ...5500 does seem a little ridiculous though..vct working?
So pump it full of boost and rev it hard and hopefully you should see some good results..good for hard sliding anyway...if its a streeter/racer drop it back to 10cm...

Mook...pity you dont have an egt gauge..if it's getting hot its most probably a 8cm...kind of looks different to mine which tapers out more towards the flange but it is very hard to tell from the pics..the results definitely seem to point at a small housing ..
A 10cm housing from kando is probably cheaper than an egt gauge anyway though..id say buy one for 150$ and swap it if it doesn't work your only down 150$ at worst but you can still sell it off again..
