  6. Serious..... I guess you didnt see the picture of the hot girl bent over the stairs with only a pair of stockings on and a buttplug that looked like a horses tail... It was totally worth it
  7. Though I have just been hit up for a holiday to the cook islands next year, kids and all..That will cost more for 1 week than I have spent on my car in 2 years So I guess she is getting her revenge..
  8. I've found as long as there is money in the bank the mizsus didn't complain about me playing with my car.. The.minute I'm broke its all the cars fault.. So as long as I don't spen ALL the money on the car, I get away with it .
  9. Hey Jas... less moaning more building man. But I feel your pain bro, chicks hey!!! They don't seem to mind if we spend 10k on a useless piece of metal to put on their finger and inflate their ego do they..
  10. no you're right...Less thoughts more build
  11. Sorry went s bit off track there
  12. yes, wish i didnt care about mine getting smashed up...could have a lot more fun So not too hard tuning the Adaptronic then?... Im setting mine up with dual maps and a dash switch to switch between fuels... only problem is i am using the built in boost control and the map switching only does fuel/ignition...so my pulp map will just have to run at gate spring pressure..my first few laps at Wakie were on pulp @ 1 bar and I was just as quick anyway...though that has more to do with driver skill (or lack off ) than power..i run it empty then switched and it feels soooooo much nicer on e85..haters don't know what they are missing out on.. When i drove to Goulburn I got 350kms (melb to other side of albury) and decided we should fill up with PULP...it took 47 litres not bad economy hey..I was quite amazed So with still 15 litres or so of e85 still in the tank we were a bit concerned...but AFRs were almost perfect slightly on the lean side but nothing to worry about , I have a feeling my petrol tune is on the rich side though... On the way back I was on e85 again, we drove to Wodonga (just over 320kms) when it was nearly empty..i guess all the hills made a difference to fuel economy..I filled up with PULp, i think it was 55litres and now AFRs were slightly rich..but again nothing to worry about... Speaking of hills, at one stage I climbed a Hill in 5th gear @ 1500rpm doing 50kms in roadworks..thats pretty impressive in my book,.. First I raced on the almost empty tank of pulp with a little e85 in it, Then I raced with full tank of e85 with a little pulp (maybe 10lts) in it, and never had any issues with AFRs to cause concern.. There really is no need for flex fuel sensors I believe, just safe tunes with some margin for error and make sure your tank is close to empty before you switch and as long as you have a wideband with gauge you cant really go wrong...Still, I would like a sensor though,,, All this I put down as testament to STATUS and his awesome tuning I run full open loop and my cruise AFRS were spoton... The car has had very little road tuning too, maybe 20-30mins he drove around with me.. ...
  13. yeah headchecks dont seem to be very common these days...too much effort for most people it seems who just indicate and merge slowly... figuring you will let them in...i want to run in to them everytime but i never do...

    E85 In Wodonga

It was about 500mtrs from the freeway....right near an exit.. Surely there is a whole lot of hoons that live around Albury Wodonga area that would love it too.. I guess not alot of VIC go to Wakie and not alot of NSW go to Winton , not regularly enough to make it viable anyway.. I think as you say though the logistics of getting there is where it would fall apart..
  15. I believe they are Tan....or was it beige

    E85 In Wodonga

So we pulled off the highway on the way through Wodonga the other day and low and behold...a United servo...the only one in Wodonga this guy tells me..it looked fairly new too... So I question him as to why they didnt install an e85 pump, and i get the answer "not enough customers yadda yadda.." Now with Winton raceway only an hour away, Its on the way to Wakefield as well and with people on ethanol wanting to be able to drive to these places or to Sydney without swapping fuel mid trip surely its got to be worthwhile you would think...My r33 made it to Wodonga easy on about 3/4 tank of e85..I imagine you could get there from Sydney on a tank, even carrying one jerry is better than 5 which is what we did to get to Goulburn and even then I had to switch to petrol.. It is big servo with plenty of pumps I cant see why they couldn't afford one pump on e85 and although it may not be pumping 24/7 it would definately get its rush periods where I would think where they could cash in.. So I dunno maybe its a little premature cause I don't know how many of the other car clubs are on the sweet juice as well..Plus there is still loads of skeptics here.. But does anyone think it may be worthwhile we gather up all the people that are interested and maybe trying to encourage them to look into stock it and open up the gateway for interstate E85 travel...
  17. Except for the 3 tight corners I just bumbled around the whole track in 4th...
  18. Yeah. I'm not blaming my brakes anyway, just my timing of applying the pedal... plus I got vct, no need for 3rd gear, though it is fun planting through the big left hand sweeper after the fishook..
  19. 1.09 pretty good jez..you running stock brakes and all.. Its not the kink i had an issue with, iys pulling the car up after it..lol..I did it flat out to kink the first time, then lift turn brake and nailed it, got 1.17 still..then came off hard on the second and think I kinda lost my nerve after that and resorted to a quil brake dab before the kink, I did have to drive back to Melbourne that night after all...made up heaps of time on the rest of the track and pulled 1.16s all day pretty much..
  20. Yes I agree^^ Not worried Jas, I was bound to come off somewhere sooner or later.. I couldn't have picked a better spot... apart from the main straight I love the track
  21. Think you will have trouble pushing 18psi through a 10cm on a 30..
  22. p-platers shouldn't have more than 50kw per tonne... just sayin...
  23. Sorry having a rant, my post wasn't any help i know.. but I would think that if everything checks out on his details, the worse they could do is fine him for not having his license on him when driving... I mean who hasn't gone for a drive and left their wallet at home...I doubt it is an enditable offence in this case.. are you sure the details he gave match the same person you saw or did they just match the car owner ?
  24. man if they dont provide a license pull your camera out and take their photo... A mate of mine is going through this crap lately where he was hit by an unlicensed driver....its a bit of a mess ,.but long story short, if the other driver is unlicensed they shouldn't of even been on the road which could mean its not his fault...meanwhile they are trying to say someone else was driving and pin the blame on him for it, I think he may have pulled an illegal u-turn or something..doesnt help that he has a record of drink driving and left the scene either.. ... but anyway, when accidents happen these days pull your phone out and photograph EVERYTHING!!!!!
