  1. Aaww don't be sad Simon you know your my hero. Its more the fact I can't be bothered converting all your dynosheet figures to something legible. I think u were making the same as me at 5Ooorpm
  2. for real..I never knew this...
  3. no way 3500 is 90km Anyway out of curiosity and boredom I just laid my dyno sheet next to battery's.. Im sure many of you have done this already.. but im posting it.. Not alot in it really, they are running almost identical boost , I have a fair bit more midrange torque and an extra 20kws at 5k, but nose over after 6k where they are both pulling 300kws, Then he keeps pulling past 7 and smashes me.. Just remembering though I have alot less mods under the bonnet <<read excuse for losing... Im not gunna bother comparing anything to Simons freak of nature....
  4. so from what i can find the injectors are 270cc, so a 350cc should be spot on...pretty sre they're an ev14 injecotr too, will get back on that after some googling
  5. Im not real good at reading these graphs.....Whats 3500k in 4th.about.110 kph?..
  6. ok well that sounds simple enough... what do you think the chances are of it actually working?
  7. what turbo is it?
  8. Classic misuse of the word "there"...DOH!!
  9. But their purpose is to inflate my ego, learning stuff is nerdy
  10. saw these the other day as well, wondering how safe they would be.. keen to throw something like it in the honda though I've been advised it could run lean http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/E85-Conversion-kit-Ethanol-Bioethanol-fuel-SAAB-VOLVO-FORD-VW-BMW-MERCEDES-OPEL-/320898056038?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4ab703bf66
  11. Get this turbo Ron, looks like a beauty..
  12. Can u post a dynosheet Bayden?
  13. didnt we spend a few weeks discussing these exact injectors 6 months ago when you tried convincing me to buy them...
  14. looks perfectly usable to me , now stop your sooking
  15. wow shes got some torque.... Thats a nice result Stao , wouldnt mind driving that Ed*...oops Sorry guys thought I was in the Hypergear thread, but while im here may as well post mine.. Stock motor, manifolds, airbox, cams and cam gear Adaptronic ..using inbuilt Map and boost control Kando Td06sl2-20g 44mm tial mvs (1 bar springs) Xspurt 750 injectors, tomei pump 600x300x76 delta fin FMIC (200$ china job) 3.5 fujitsibo exhaust, green...United e85 @ 21psi Blue ...United e85 @17.5psi (final tune) red...pulp @ 15psi Little Kando run outta puff on the 25.... but she drives beautifully
  16. thats looks real clean ,..where can one get hold of that heat shield you have stuck to the bonnet..?
  17. yeh didn't matter I couldnt go anyway. where was popo...? .
  18. Waited all day for your call Az...devo man
  19. lolz JDM33...that would make good number plates.....hey Joe
  20. On that note spinning tyres will result in needing lots of new tyres which is also an expensive habit. Lets remember also the beauty of the boosted engine is you can turn the boost/power down. So you run a safe 250 or whatever most of the time and only crank the power right up when you really need to, with setups its as simple as flicking a switch..
  21. everything runs cooler on e85...everything, I got back form a 20 min drive the other day and could put my hand on the heatshield and hold it there it was barely warm.. so 300kw @ 17 psi is not safe??
  22. yeah what he said ^^^ also if you go NPC you will want the 10inch carbotic ..its rated to almost 400kw,,..DWs injectors should be ok but there are better,..Im not certain about your fuel pump it might be ok as long as its wired for full voltage try it and see.. But before doing anything just grab a drum of e85 and get someone to tune it, see how it goes then upgrade parts from there..no point buying stuff you may not need..
  23. man on E85 at even 18psi will get you over 300kw and the midrange will be great..do not get a .63 internal thats just silly, your turbo setup is perfect already, you even have cams ffs..it should be a goddamn rocket.. for 2k as i said, Id be getting get bigger/better injectors and fuel pump, you will probably need a new clutch too and if your tuner isnt happy with E85 find a new one and you should be smoking tyres like a madman
  24. Firstly it appears you have missed this thread.. http://www.skylinesa...opened-25-club/ Secondly, if a tyre fryer is all you want why not just give up now and build a V8, you will get far better results for less .. A built rb30 is gunna cost 5-10k and a fair bit of messin about, where a simple V8 commy with CAI, cams cam and an aftermarket exhaust will fry tyres all day long..
  25. Haha, looks like we both learnt important lessons in fault diagnosis today.. Just start unplugging shit...
