  1. he did do a run without a filter Scott ... Also I only ever used a ryco filter, had no worries....maybe my pump was a little better, but a 255 should keep up alright if its wired up properly..You checked voltage at pump?
  2. I think the theory is 9 inch tyre, 9 inch rim...a 225 is not smaller, its the same size... though I'm not sure I agree...as a 245 or 255 is usually recomended for a 9 inch rim be it track or street....well thats what GTR come out with standard...surely Nissan cant be wrong...lol
  3. 17 inch r34 rims...surprised they don't fit as 34 brakes,are bigger than 33
  4. BBS Ferrari wheels look mad on commodores...
  5. lol...nice, red and blue too... is pic of blue one in post your ride thread...red one is slowly coming together...has a gearbox and panels now so it kind of looks like a car again...
  6. Yup that's the one...about time.they were cheap and readily available...

  13. yep, if he still has it its a cool little car, stanced and shit.... have done a lap of sandown in it...In the back seat though .....i think i spelt his name wrong PENGUYEN??
  14. dude you are stanced on 245s, with either SC or turbo it is going to be the worst thing to drive...lol....SC will probably be worse on the street cause too much torque it will just light up tyres everywhere...i guess at least the turbo will give you some warning and time to catch it, before it launched you into oblivion... My mate has a built LS7? , its a 7lt supercharged monaro.. he took the SC off cause it was just too ridiculous to drive...
  15. ^^^^that would be Pengyun...
  16. yeah hes AccountANTS...lol 2 accoutants in the he same room...fight fight fight!!!!
  17. ahh yep...i'm with you now disco, yeah you could probably just attach the block via a fitting too, might be no need to weld it to rail... If fitting is 22mm deep my idea probably wasnt going to work anyway...I dont remember how long the the 33 rail fitting is, i thought it was alot shallower than 22mm,..cause my plans all revolved around the 33 reg...
  18. here best i can do...while trying to cook dinner
  19. nah..block of the original entry...drill hole in top flat part of rail...with a threaded hole either side..... dont make me get Microsoft paint out ...
  20. thats why I am wondering if you couldn't just tap the fuel reg directly into top of rail, it has an o-ring on it already, so mill out an entry hole, then tap a thread either side of it and mount it on the flat top of the rail.....make sense?? wtf is a patina??
  21. doubt its the ECU...more likely another fault that has been tuned around with new ECU...simple vacumn leak or faulty AAC or something... Did you attempt any sort of diagnosis or just decided it needs a tune, then found out you cant tune a stock ecu so bought a new one..
  22. You mean hiflowed injectors John? you really gunna reopen that can o worms...
  23. I thought about this a while back. but truth is there isn't really any profit to be made from it as parts are already available to do it... If you are really concerned yeah just tap a thread into the fuel rail you have and mount the fuel reg directly...unless you have the tooling, this will cost money...an aftermarket fuel reg is probably cheaper and easier... the best bet would be to buy all parts needed in bulk, thus getting a discount and sell as a kit to make a small profit. I beleive Scott even looked into making custom fuel rails but it wasn't worth the effort..ie time and money invested...there is plenty of players in the market already, so is it worth the effort? I doubt it as the 33 market is getting smaller and more stingy everyday... I'm all for helping people out and all but there isn't much point doing it if there is no profit to be made...the parts are already readily available, all thats required is a little ingenuity , and stealth is pretty easily found with a can of satin black heatproof paint
  24. Who said drag racing is boring??
