  2. Sl2 top mounted ( I wish I did) on a hybrid manifold with 44 or 45 mm gate, thats about 1500 all up and will give u a cosy 270 on reasonable boost.

I remember a mate years back, he had a good friend working in car audio ..So he decides to borrow 10k and deck his boot out with amps and subs the works cause he could get a good price and free install.. It was crazy, about 8k worth of goodies, 5 amps laid into custom boot panels, big subbox, more subs in the doors, speakers everywhere, neon lights the whole shebang...... Anyway before doing this we told him to fix the little bits of rust around his back window (old falcon) and make sure the boot didnt leak.. he didnt listen, his amps and sub box got wet ..it was mostly ruined and he had no money left to fix it just a huge debt and a rusty old falcon with half a cool stereo..
  15. yeah mine is only 60mm all the way to the cooler too, then 2.5 to intake..not return flow though.. Smaller piping helps keep up velocity up which is good for response..thats my theory anyway.. probably not great for big power though yes, with abuse it may give way over time but should be fine for ages..
  16. yeah i noticed the united 100, but i tuned with bp98 as usual i think, actually I dunno cause the fuel had been in the tank for 3 or 4 months before the tune so whatever I filled up with last, might have been caltex And people say fuel goes off... so the united 100 is good yeah..?

  20. just to update on this. When tuning my temps never went over 35 and on the road were closer to 25. On a 25 degree day thats not bad for a 99$ cooler
