yeah i am gunna do the kando dont stress..Its all set to go i was originally going to change the wheel on this one as you know but hought it would have to be balanced..i have recently been informed there is no need to balance it just bolt a new wheel in and go, a 3076 wheel is only 50 on ebay...a 3037 is 120....I could of done that..so my question was more hypertherotical ..

guess it depends on the car, i saw a white 34 with sprayed black wheels the other day, the job was bodge and it looked like ass..

yeah plastic primer then paint, should be fine but that could all depend how hot your engine is getting.. for daily street duties and the occasional fang it should be ok, on a track it may not last but hey its only paint..can always rub it back and coat it again....I painted mine in wrinkle coat and its still ok.. i painted my airbox in 2$ not heat proof paint, its been on there for a while and its never peeled either..

f**k damnit, i finally caved and forked out 80$ for this on sunday..and it turns out only needed 1 anyway.. oh well Bump....

Back on my High horse here but.... it can look ok if you paint up some GTR rims or something and they are painted PROPERLY... but painting the standard rims black looks shit..if you have shit rims to begin with painting them black will NOT solve the problem, they will still look shit.. now dont get me wrong it is ok to have standard rims as it keeps your car looking stock which is cool, but painting them black is not making it look any better at all, unless maybe your car is black and your trying to be super stealthy... they say you cant polish a turd and while you can paint one, a painted turd is still a turd

you can get universal d bush..I found them on ebay the other day from Eagle auto in dandy but imagine lots of places could have them..have you asked around bursons etc.. Will post a link when i get home..

well i got my wheels polishes properly and they look mint, but just had a bottle of wheel polish next to me while i was putting the brakes together so i though id have a go...one bolt was as far as I got and i didnt even finish it .. but i tell ya wd40 is the shit..i have degreased under my car heaps of times with various products and got nothing but lacklustre results..discovered wd40 is only 7$ a can at bunnings and thats the big can, half the price of auto shops..I let loose 2 cans under my whole car and it looks like new..everything is shiny black instead of dusty brown..And it stays black even after it dries unlike the cheapy crap degreaser....
