looks like some bloke was late for work on frankston dandy road this morining, now hes getting his nice new EVO.. iMPOUNDED.. Pretty funny it was too low and they couldnt get it on the tow truck..what speed would you be doing to get an on the spot impound?

this is how its done,I would change the front bar but with plenty of dish it looks fat as f**k...what are they 10s, 12s?? though unfortunately i think alot of troublesome guard work was involved yeah it doesnt seem to sit as nice as your old wheels did, maybe its different in the flesh i dunno.. these photos is where it sits just right IMO anyway , not sure if the first pic is lower than the second ..If you wanted it to look more low just get different skirts..put your old wheels back and get an Explosive kit Blags..

yeah id defect it too...looks ridiculous.. I only just got used to your old wheels man..lol stretch fitment is like beer..just because a little is good, doesnt always mean more is better

i got carried away painting mine on saturday, pulled them to pieces..but the finish is good.. heres a pic of all the parts, really is pretty simple..the 2 red arrows are the bolts to take them off the car.. if you have split them you may as well take them off now and clean them up.. pulling them apart is easy just pull the spring pin and the pads all come apart, then undo the 4 bolts and thats about it.. throw all the bolts and stuff in some cleaner something caustic will eat away the grime or just scrub them with brake clean..check your seals around the piston while your there.. .. getting the brake line off is the trickiest part..find a good fitting 10mm spanner and lightly tap it with a hammer until it gives..just take care and do not strip it.. heres a finished one..it really is easy just be careful not to strip bolts..

what a jib.. if anyone buys these you are getting ripped I offer to sell this guy a set of stock rims with good Bridgestone potenza semis for 200 and I was told it was too expensive... give you 100$ for the lot..cash

yeah its pretty common, the way it is designed, the length of it causes it to warp..this is why others use split manifolds.. i think its ok while bolted down but once you snap a stud or 2 it then has room to move and warp.depend how hard you treat it and how early you are realized they snapped. i was told when mine were replaced he used stronger studs than stock so they wont snap.. i havent really put them to the test though

thats reasonable..last time i looked they wanted 20 plus for that...

There was a white 34 GT with some p plate noob on the moanash the other day, peak hour afternoon he is all over this other p plater in a blue VY commy..the commys cruising along too, but at least with style and not makeing an ass of himself while this 34 is choppin and changing lanes everywhere like a dick and still not getting past, f**k even I kept getting ahead of the idiot in my mazda without effort....i blocked him a couple of times for lols... Just saw a silver s2 33 dandy bypass was low but with a gay silencer then a bitchin black 34 with black rims and nice fitment with a twin tip chrome exhaust..looked real clean

I was advised at one point to go find a local spring works (yellow pages) and they can make up anything you need was all too hard for me though

well its not much fun telling people you have a 4 inch dick, even if you can use it...lol

this is why i gave up on the compgate and got the tial with all the springs in the box.. I believe the compgate springs arent as universal as other gates either but im not certain..
