this fresh healthy food being more expensive than unhealthy foods is bullcrap and a copout made by people looking for excuses to eat junk.. Our grandfolks survived into their 90s on vegemite baked beans and weetbix..they survived a depression and 2 world wars.. We are all far to spoilt for choice these day and over indulgentstick with the KISS theory andyou will find its not that hard.. BTW, you may find this hypocritical but I just had a double beef and bacon burger for breakfast and a bottle of red bull, but to keep the balance I will eat nothing but an apple,banana and bottle of water between now and 6 tonight..

fark you eat alot Heres a diet its not fancy but its guarenteed to keep you alive and keep you healthy, breakfast.. Piece of Vegemite on toast or small bowl of cereal and a coffee lunch.. Sammich and juice dinner...meat and 3 veg or sgetti consume with beer. Pretty damn simple really if you want a snack have a piece of fruit and drink water. Twice a day is enough..If you indulge one evening, ssay because you go out for dinner or something then eat lightly the next, or skip a few meals before you go out....It really isn that hard

depends.. front/dump pipe is about 200 from jjr, hiflow cat anywhere from 200-400, turbo back exhaust anything form 600-1000 so, by the time you factor in fitment, probably not..but it will be at least a grand, possibly quite a bit more depending what sort of quality your after.. If you keep an eye out in the classifieds here you might find one alot cheaper..

Personally I never trust anyone offering me half price work so unless you really trust this guy, Id say for peace of mind keep your 300$ ( use it to buy good jack and axle stands )and do it yourself, its a pretty easy job and if you think you can do it, you can..just unbolt the dump from the back of the turbo, I found these much easier to do than the 3 bolts joining the front pipe to the dump pipe as these you will find are rusted in hard.. But... while the manifold/turbo studs should be fine, its the studs at the manifold/engine that crack mostly mate, usually 2 or 3 at either end..i had to replace 5 which also means removing the exhaust manifold which is easy enough ,but drilling out broken studs and replacing them is a prick of a job for a non professional without the proper tools, I didnt even attempt it..You will be lucky if none of them are broken and i would definately be checking this while your in there. I got charged 120$ to do this alone but its a cheap price for peace of mind...plus then you will need a new gasket, 30$ on ebay or 100$ from nissan, i got one on ebay and its doin fine..

Do you have an exhaust, cause this is the first thing you will need, get JJR front/dump pipe 200$ and full 3 inch exhaust (250$ maybe for a s/h one is fine) before you do anything and a boost controller of some sort, turbotech one is fine for 30$.Get a full service and tune at 10-11psi for 200-300$ should net you 180-190kw then s/h programable ecu 1000$ hiflow turbo 1000$ (hypergear) turnflow intercooler 400$ tune 600$ Money gone..you should make about 210-220kw if your engine is in good condition..if your clutch is stock it probably wont last long either.. add.. inectors 500$ s/h z32 afm 250$ coilpacks 600$ better intercooler 700$ better turbo 1500$ should make 250-280kw, you will definately need a good clutch now so add over 1000$ if you dont have one already Prices are approx and dont include any labour or extras such as sparkplugs, oils and filters, which you will need to replace all of..

stupid little black spacers.., I seriously dont understand their purpose.. I think its ok as long as you have the bottom 3, cause if you put a greddy plenum you dont need the top 2 anyway.. i lost one both times i took injecors out and replace with with hose pieces too

yeah it will be the oil.. its junk.. I had the same problem with castrol as well but it wasnt edge it was magnatec i think Penrite wasnt perfect either but its better, Mobil and motul, no worries at all..

for best all round performance on the street 8100 xcess is the shit imo.. I use 5-40, Mobil one or gold is decent enough too so is penrite syn. I didnt like castrol Burnt oil will be black and thin/runny, if your oil drains out fast it is probably burnt or just not good oil..Good oil should be darker than when you put it in of course, but it shouldn't be black unless your engine is tired and it should drain slow towards the end. i want to know has anyone tried Fuchs oils and what are they like, can get 20l drums of full synthetic for about 150$ just want to use it in my work ute mainly

its pretty straight forward , just mark the cas screws with a pen or scratch before you pull it off and put it back in exactly the same position, should be fine, mine was Im not sure what spacers hes talking about as cas bolts to a plate behind the cover anyway..
