I would see that frankston dandy rd one flash every morning...one day it malfunctioned at flashed every car despite what speed they were...i rang the police to tell them...they didnt care how f**ked is it tho, you could spend all day willingly breaing the speed limit as you race arund the mountains then get fined 300$ for accidentally misjudging a speed zone despite putting nobody at risk whatsoever....thats not even karma thats just the huge flaw in the whole camera system... .if someone is stupid enough to cross the road on main street Lilydale they deserve to get run over at 100kms...
