more spool my ass and if it does its because of cams and gears...pretty sure some cam gears will wake mine up a lot earlier too yep cars still running good not one weld cracked and there is lots of em.. anyway sell 3037, buy t67 with 6boob = winning...stupid garret fanbois has it been ported...pretty sure mine has another 20kws in it with some good manifold porting...the few cars i have seen that have pushed 330-350 on stock manifolds have all had good port jobs...I know Abe was pushing 350+ with his and a HG turbo and mick-os was ported too iirc... either way thats my next mod + (maybe)HGs billet wheel + cam gears and I think I have quite a bit more to offer , quicker spool, more top end...MORE FAST!!!

should be fine if you drive steady , definately try stay off the boost though.. how much power was the to4e running?? I made much the same upgrade ,your gunna love the 20g

IIRC, as a general rule of thumb if PCV is blocked aren't you meant to leave it vent atmo....in which case just put a filter on the empty port If you plumb it back to intake, then put your PCV back in...

yeah the problem is you're not revving it hard enough..when ever you install a bigger turbo with a stock ecu the trick is to hold it at redline for at least 5 minutes so the ecu can learn the new maps.... Try it and we won't be disappointed.

thats great..i did this Audi few weeks back...there wasnt any sun on the day to get a decent shot, it wasnt as bad as that honda was but there was alot of swirling and not alot of depth in the finish...it definately come up better....

nice work, those wheel caps are amazing...Is the steering wheel custom or just from another car? I did much the same thing with my gauge by glueing on the little mounting cup that came with it

Not many mate..maybe 3 or 4 thousand , 4 track days and a few skids.

turbo is making a funny whistle...haven't diagnosed it any further than it is coming form the area where the turbo is...put 40psi (from a compressor not boost ) through the system and no hoses popped...but there is a little annoying whistle there on boost...think it might be the comp housing or something ...laziness and a fear of the unknown is stopping me from removing it for inspection....

to be fair it has made the power earlier throughout the entire midrange though...it seems up a little everywhere...adding more boost will often add more to midrange power, but no effect top end too much. depending on the turbo of course but you can put 2 bar through it and it might not make more power but it will pick up a little in the midrange....if you notice your 207kws is in some 300rpm sooner.. basically if you want more power get a bigger turbo or fill the tank with e85, but I imagine from looking at that chart the car is faster now than it was before regardless of the peak power output **looks like your old ARC cooler was doing a perfectly good job too
