What was the length and how did it fit I am doing the same thing myself and would be easier if I knew how long to make it

I think that wiki is wrong the rb30de they made would have had a rb25 head on it The ports on a rb20 are so small they make the same power as the rb30 sohc head

Are you sure about that as the rb20 has a smaller bore and so it would require machining to allow it to fit an rb30

Wow and I thought the r33 was the cheaper car to buy now. The rb20det sounds like its laboring to even idle , seriously if you have to go 2 litre then go for a sr20

I see lots of 32 gtrs with the rear spoiler in place ther eis nothing wrong with it It not a towel rail like the r33 I guess the 33 is later model and so its better engineering I agree with that If you are using your magna / r33 for daily transport then i guess that matters. but really if i wanted a two door magna then i would just put the kiddi lock on so the back doors didnt open The r32 was built to be a race car the r33 was a magna with out the extra doors so people could pretend to be a race car and still drop the videos off on sunday

Actually they came here in large numbers because they were cheap. The japanese didnt like them and wanted to get rid of them Im sure the 33 drives better than the 32 its newer Thats like saying a vn commodore drives better than an a9x. Your right of course but I know what I would rather be in If the back of the r33 is so good( actually i thinnk thats the worst thing) why do they keep pulling the rear spoilers off them Lets face it the R33 is the wifebeaters choice of skyline

I think your 100% wrong there The two do magna sorry the r33 will just fade away it has nothing to make it collectible or different than any other car on the road. The r32 value in years to come will be almost twice that of the magna/commordore/ r33 shaped cars. They may drive nice and I am sure that the r33 drivers will defend them to the hilt but really they got it wrong with this model

Awesome just the thread I was lookin for Search really is your friend Im doing the r33 gearbox conversion as well So your saying if i read correctly keep the drive shaft the same length as the rb20 one just fit the rb25 yoke to it ? and then get balanced? thanks for that
