  1. Yeh I own a mongoose, fantastic bikes in my opinion. I own a mongoose brawler which I bought in June, I owned a mongoose sniper before that. I use the brawler for dirt jumping, can really take some hard hits. Here it is:
  2. Awesome, I did get a quote from them, they were the cheapest and definitely the friendliest and seemed very professional. Thanks for all your help man. Much appreciated
  3. Wow that's incredible! I love the look of the lip! Where'd you get it from?
  4. Ah ok, thanks mate. I'm in Maryborough, 3 hours north of Brisbane
  5. Thanks for the replies, I was thinking that getting a new one installed would be the best way, just thought that I might be able to save some money by just getting a remote coded to it. The current alarm is http://blog.livedoor.jp/joy_carlife/archives/64868838.html. I just used googled translator to translate it. Does anyone know approximately how much it would cost to get a mongoose M80 installed?
  6. Hi, I bought my 1997 r33 gts-25t about a week ago and it didn't have an alarm. After going around to various places to get quotes for one, when I was cleaning my car the other day I noticed a strange box underneath the dash. After googling the 4 letters that were actually in english on it I found out that it's an alarm system, however I didn't get the remote with it. I was just wondering if it's usual for importers not to give you the remote? Also is it possible for an alarm shop to install another brand remote to work with this system? Thanks Matt
  7. Thanks for the replies guys Much apprechiated
  8. Hi, I've owned my 1997 r33 gts-t for about 6 days now and I'm a little shocked by the fuel consumption. According to the specs (http://meggala.com/r33main1.html) it says 9.8L/100km. So far I've used 3/4 of a tank and done 335km and 300km's of that was done on the highway driving home from the dealer. The car is a fresh import and the only modifications are a blitz catback exhaust. I haven't flogged the car or taken off too quickly as it is my first turbo and have been abit cautious about it. I was just wondering what sorts of mileage are other people getting from their cars as according to my calculations so far I'm doing about 14.5L/100km. Thanks Matt
  9. Thanks for the help guys, much apprechiated. I'll let you know what happens
  10. Just another quick question...I don't really need the back seats all the much (I'm pretty keen for a coupe haha), is it hard to remove them and if I remove them will there be direct access to the boot? Thanks Matt
  11. Dang that sucks, oh well, thanks for the help man
  12. Hi, this is my first post on this site. I'm planning on buying a skyline r34 gt-t within the next few weeks. However I'm a bmx dirt rider and it would be good if I was able to fit my bike in the boot (I know it's not the most practical car, but I love the look of them). I was just wondering if anyone knew the dimensions of the boot or whether or not the rear seats can be folded down? My last car was a honda accord and I could fit it in there with the rear seats folded down. Thanks in advance Matt
