I was under the car the other day, and the noise is comming from, i think it is the slave cyclinder. The little metal thing on the bottom of the box... When i hold the leaver thing the noise goes away.. I sprayed it with wd40 but it didnt do nethn.. i think i need grease.. Least i know now its not realy harmful.

in the attached image.. the green ones are the bolts that i have done up tight.. the 2 red ones i cant do up cuz there is no room to tighten them cus the spanner or whatever else i use hits the dump and cant be turned... how could i tighten these up? I cant feel any air or hear any leak from it... ok image didnt upload... I have the four outside ones done.. The other 2 are impossible to get to. I havent realy tested it out yet.. i have only gone to .4bar.. Should i turn boost down or anything like that first... i only have a bleed running .8 atm... this was before the pipe/cat was put on... Should i be listing to anything while i am testing it? thanks

do you know a way of mounting the heat shield without using the bracket that goes between the dump and turbo... Cuz it doesnt do up any tighter and there is still a gap cuz its uneven.. I just put it togethor then without the shield and i was just going to put exhaust wrap over the connection and wires that come from the top of the dump... But if it makes a big difference i would like to put the shield back on....I dont know how to mount it tho.... + i polished it last night

yer i found a leak... The bracket for the heat sheild makes the contact between the dump and turbo realy uneaven... I have exhaust wrap over the dump. My question is can i go without the heatsheild? does it realy block that much heat? I can just mount the wires up a bit higher near the abs, will they melt or anything? 2. Is the wire/connection that goes in the top of the dump my knock sensor?

hey guys, i installed my dump/front pipe and hiflo cat last night.. How is it meant to sound, cuz mine sounds like a v8 at the moment... the dump is louder then the rest of my exhaust? is it meant to be like this?

i have a fmic, full 3in exhaust, 12psi and a pod.. will i benefit from a Z32 AFM?

yer my clutch squeeks too... where should i spray the wd40? The squeek is comming from under the car. Also with the clutch out it makes a constant squeeking/ratteling noise...

i put mine on last saturday.. started at 12 finished at 6.. That included playing a few card games and some pizza I can realy notice the difference when i am by myself at night time... it seems to hold boost a lot better now.. from 4500rmp onwards its way better, + i seem to get better fuel consumption, ALSO i cant hear my car missfire anymore. I didnt have to trim the front bar or anything. I just moved the horns up a bit. I will post some pics of it later.. looks awesome. Thanks Jet!

eek.. i hope not... I havent realy thought about the stuff i may need to remove.. All i knew is that i wanted a fmic.. so i got one... I havent seen it yet.. Its getting delivered today Im so excited. So yer, what has to be removed for the cooler? Any other hints for installation you may want to share? Im gona give it a chop on the weekend.

i had my bleed valve completly shut and it would spike to 1 bar. sometimes in 3rd it would only JUST push .6bar. I opened it up just a bit and it sits on about .7bar through all the gears.

yer i would realy like to do this myself, but i dont even know what they look like or where they go, so i might have to get a mechanic.

yer gavin woods said he may be able to get a second hand one for $100 or a new one for $250... Then it has to be put in.... Is that hard?

JUST got off the phone to gavin Approx $500 for the 100,000km service on an r32 gtst, this does not include water pump and a few other things. Also if anybody else needs one (like me) approx $100 for a 2nd hand knock sensor. $250 for a new one.

My engine is pinging. I did an ecu test and came up i got a fault in my knock sensor. Can i prevent further pinging by retarding the timing more? do i turn the CAS anti clockwise?

its all a personal thing but i dont realy like chrome wheels on a 32.. Ive got Black chrome 17's, 5 spoke.. they look awesome.

the thing that sucks the most is that i think you guys are kind of right I enjoy working on my line.. But i guess that wouldnt mean i will like laying under an old corolla changing its oil..

yeh your mags look the goods Yeh got $700 off the marked price. No major problems... Just found out the other day that i have a faulty knock sensor. I dont no how serious that is in regards to price.. LOL, it wasnt very well presented was it.. There was shit every where
