my mates R33 does it in 6.8 (shitty timing skills but wouldn't be much over 7secs) his car is freaky tho :S he bought it off a guy who knew NOTHING about it.. however it had 2k worth of suspension upgrades and some wheels on there so never know the previous owner might have done something performance wise... on the other hand my N/A r34 GT with an ecu and tune does it in 7.7 secs so far with a average launch but not the worst. so i'd say around 8-9 for a stock one

i have a hks fcon is on mine... i now have 125rwkw with a good exhaust system and a bit of a cold air intake (not just a shitty pod a decont intake system) but man in all honesty... save the money and just put it toward good wheels, tyres, brakes and suspension and go out and have some fun in it while u dont hav to worry about blowing up ur turbo etc.

Im running 595's on my n/a R34... 265/35/18 on rears and 235/40/18 on fronts and they are great! the traction and grip you get is amazing all around a great tyre for the price!

has a full HKS FCON IS ECU + Tune made 125rwkw out of a non turbo on a quite conservative tune so it goes hard.. looking for $13,000 cash or swaps for anything JDM... turbo or non turbo doesnt mind!! cheers

Hey guys looking to sell my ECU out of my n/a r34... It's a HKS FCON IS ECU (Piggyback) only been in the car for a few months (have full reciepts) bought through GT AUTO GARAGE here in brisbane... Reason for sale is i've got my hands on a very very very cheap APFC for an R34... and we all know how hard/expensive these are today so time for the HKS to go... comes with all wiring etc also has the function to view all gauges through your cd player headunit at a press of a button.. (water tmp, oil temp, revs, speed etc etc) paid $2,500 for everything installed and tuned so looking for around $1,600 for the ECU Cheers

i got my 34 done early this year (january i think it was).... it's really easy?? all you need is 33 bits.... i used R33 GTST box ($1,200) all up it cost me $3,000 with the shop sourcing the parts + labour... i know i could of saved alot sourcing the parts myself but was really lazy if you need any help theres a thread on here im pretty sure somewhere that i was reading when i was getting my done it was a DIY tutorial on auto-man conversion with a full parts list.. if not man i have my recipets here i can easily dig up and get you a full parts list and a general price guide of each part.. Also a few places might tell you that you need to change your ECU however auto ecu works fine with a manual conversion... the changing of the ECU is compeltley up to you.. i left my Auto one in the only downfall is that your A/T light will stay on constantly (its prety hard to find a stock 34 manual ecu by the way) i searched for months no one has one... alternatively you could throw more money into the conversion and get a full aftermarket ECU + tune... which i eventually have done anyways... cheers

hey guys i got an ecu and tune to fix my cars power problem (which it didnt fix) my car seems to scream and go no where until my VCT kicks in (around 5.5krpm) my car is non turbo.. so i got HKS FCON Ecu and tune and it has driven fine but it still lags to get to my power for some reason anyway was driving today and parked the car for a good hour or two and went and got in it and the started it up and the car was shaking and really rough sounded like its gonna clonk out and so i gave it a little rev slowly through the rev ranges to about 4krpm and it sounded like a wrx engine ( i know this is a coilpack issue, however it has had new coilpacks put in it in the last few weeks ) so i got my frend to put his hand over the exhaust and everytime i gvae it some revs a splatter of black would be covered on my friends hand?? after bout 4k rpm it would rev out smooth and normally however low revs was really really rough.. so i babied it down the highway back to bris and noticed it was running fine (idled fine and sounded fine) so i pulled over and started off in 1st again and my car was back to its normal sluggish ways but it wasnt running rough at all?? could this be a cold start issue when teh tuner tuned it?? or what could it be? im taking it back monday anyway to pick ther brains as to what it could of been... luckily i video/recorded the idle when it was bad as proof to show the shop and let them listen
