  1. Hey Team, Finally got the new sway bar, ended up getting the 22mm Solid Adjustable (BNR11XZ) Went in rather smooth. Only hitch was I have a 3" cat back exhaust system and the bar kinda clashes/rubs/sit on it, pushing down. In the air it had about a business card gap(I have coilovers and they dont allow for the wheels to drop from the arch's too much. So when it drops on the ground it pushes down on the system. Im planning on dropping the system and 'massaging' it with a hammer to allow for clearance. Other than that, made a HUGE difference, handles MUCH better
  2. Hey, Cheers for that, I'll give it crack later this week. If it saves me replacing the bush I'll be a happy chap... Ok, Another question, this time about Sway Bars. Ive been looking at the listing for White Line bars, I couldnt help but notice that all R32, R33 and R34 rear swaybars have the same part numbers, Give or take; BNR11 - 20mm Non-Adjustable (GTS RWD) BNR11Z - 20mm 2x Point Adjustable (GTS RWD) BNR11X - 22mm Non-Adjustable (GTS & GTR) BNR11XZ - 22mm 2x Point Adjustable (GTR) BNR11XXZ - 24mm 3x Point Adjustable (GTR) Now, as I do plan on towing/carrying some weight I was wondering what would be my ideal bar? I did read ' Sydneykid's ' post and noted he is running a 22m rear bar set to the softer setting. I was thinking maybe the 24mm bar, but going from a factory 19mm bar was wondering if the 24mm would be abit too much or overkill? Thanks
  3. Hey guys, Heres my input; I have a Late 99' S2 Auto RSFOUR The factory front struts seized while at full stroke so it looked like I was launching it at a stand still and created alot of uncomfortable steering. So I bought a set of TEIN Super Flex Wagon Coilovers from NENGUN.COM. For the low look I dropped the rear so the guard tucks the tyre only a few mm and the front guard is about 5mm above the tyre. Over all it sits level, not sure about road clearance. Ill worry about the speed bumps when I get to them I had 4.0 degrees of negative camber in the rear but with the factory arms was able to pull it back to about 3.6 degrees. I do plan on getting Adjustable Rear Camber arms and rolling the rear guards for some nice fitment... and tyre life. The fronts are 3.0 Degrees off the top of my head. The only thing Im not 100% happy with is that the Coilovers came with 6kg springs all round. I am still running factory Sway Bars so the car still leans abit when cornering, so I'll get new Sway Bars and then I'll start thinking about stiffer springs if the "tipping" motion is still bothing me. But I do have high hopes for new sway bars I was thinking possibly 7... maybe 8kg springs all round? Again... I'll think about it more down the track if need be. Ok, now I got a question... I know it probably would have been covered in this thread already. But I got a REALLY squeaky front right Camber Arm Bush thats driving me NUTS! Im wondering if anyone knows if its just a common Camber Arm Bush from any Skyline? ...and not anything too unique... Cheers
  4. Small world, I saw this EXACT car last week at my work Had a good look, needed a wash, but other than that VERY tidy Im jealous of the Dayz carbon lip dressing...
  5. In the last 3x days Spotted; -Yellow S2 North bound M1 Nerang -Yellow Stagea/R34 front Nerang Broad Beach RD, East bound -Silver S2 Miami, GC HWY -White M35, KFC Robina Goldy is going off!
  6. Ok, as I have a S2 I can I retain the factory rear brake lines? Or is this limited to only S1s? Im glad to hear about using the factory Master Cylinder. Again, can anyone confirm "Techos" post? Thanks
  7. Hey, Ok Ive read through this whole thread now, So would I be right in concluding that R32, R33 and R34 rear calipers and rotors are completely universal? So if I gave in on the hunt for rear rotors could I source ANY of the above? Also, I understand that the rear lines will need to be changed. But would I need to change the master cylinder? I came across a post by "Techo" and he stated that RDA made a rear rotor? Has anyone confirmed if this is true? Aerron
  8. Hey everyone again, Ok, Sourced a set of R34 GTT front Calipers. Just priced up Front Rotors and Pads All coming together now... DBA 42304S L/R directional $280 ea. (4000 series slotted) DBA 42304 non directional $230 ea. (4000 series non-slotted) Bendix HD DB 1170 $90 Do these prices sound right? I was warned the R34 Rotors might be a bit hefty. Now I did read through this thread and I recall someone may have mentioned the S2 RSFOUR rear rotors and pads may be R31 equivalent? Can someone confirm please? Thanks
  9. Is this still for sale??? Cheers
  10. How much to frieght the Cluster to 4211??? Cheers
  11. What condition are the uni joints on the Tail Shaft like?
  12. Still wont consider Frieght???
  13. Hey everyone, Im putting a shout out there if anyone has a PAIR of R34 GTT FRONT Calipers... Im located on the GOLD COAST... will pay for freight Cheers
  14. Thanks for the help guys So, just to clarify.... Option 1, -R33 GTS-T Calipers + Rotors. -Re-drill the mounting holes from M12 to a M14 then Re-tap the thread. -New longer/custom brake lines Would this weaken the mounting area in any way? Option 2, -R34 GTT Calipers + Rotors ( Straight fit) Sounds much easier
  15. Hey cheers for that. Just to confirm for those who are interested it is a RSFOUR. But Im' 90% positive that both R32 and R33 GTS-T Front Calipers are identical. Minus a few cooling fins. They both retain the same Brake Pad Part Number. The same applied for the Rotor size... I have a R32 GTS-T(sumoto) and a Sileighty with R33 GTS-T(sumoto) brakes and both rotor and pads are universal between the 2x cars. Thus why I assumed they were identical. But Im' always willing to hear another opinion. My first thought was to track down R34 GTT Calipers. But as I already have R33 calipers here I thought Id' try my luck. As for caliper clearance, Im' running R34 GTT wheels on the Stagea and have previously had the GTT wheels on the R32 and the wheel cleared the caliper with ease If you or anyone could confirm 100% that the R32 and R33 Calipers + Rotors are of a different size it would be of much help. If so, plans will be directed to R34 GTT brakes. Thanks
  16. Hey everyone, I recently bought a 99' S2 Stagea... Was looking at upgrading the brakes. As I have a pair of R32/33 front calipers spare in the garage, I was wondering if they would bolt straight onto the Stagea? with new R32/33 rotors of course Will they bolt straight up? Will the Stagea brake lines fit/have the same fittings etc? Cheers
  17. Hey, Has this shell ever been registered in Aust. Before??? Cheers
