  1. LOL... good read So no one has actually wound one of these right out? I doubt that a factory one could really push the final drive right out. But pipster11 is correct, as final drive4th Auto/5th manual) isnt a 1:1 ratio as it is an over drive gear. So one would have to measure the difference betwene 2 RPM points and work out the difference. Then multiply by RPM (ei: 7,000rpm) The personally found the Aero on the Stagea isnt all that flash either As a test I raced a Stock Turbo Ford Ranger... I had the sun rooves + windows open... Ranger left me behind LOL! Even with everything shut... not much difference.......................................
  2. Hey everyone, Im looking for Steering colum covers/plastics. Im assuming S1 and S2 would be the same? If not... Im after a S2 Dont have the bottom piece? Thats ok, cause I only need the top section. Im on the Gold Coast Let me know Thanks, Aerron
  3. I was wondering how long the legs are on a Stagea S1 or 2...? Manual / Auto......... I know my 32(manual) hit approx. 250km/h by the time it hit limiter in 5th. Assuming; -No speed cut -Has the power to actually get through the gears.. Im sure most of us know that 3rd(auto) is no where near Limiter before Speed cut hits. Got me thinking........
  4. We took mine down the M1 on Sunday night for abit of a street tune with Ben (from Gavin Woods). More boost, better pick up, fuel needle hardly moves now... and we havnt even got to the Dyno yet We changed Fueling, Limits (Rev, Speed, Boost cut is gooooooooooone). Cant wait to get on the rollers!
  5. Do it once, do it right. Indeed I got bored this afternoon and decided to install the camber arms. Only by eye, that I can tell, the rears still stand on and angle.. so abit more to go. I was shocked by the amount of Toe it currently has. I drove it down the drive way to turn it around... tyres didnt appreciate it So Im off to get some Toe Arms in the morning.
  6. Im installing Camber Arms on Thursday... I currently have 3.0 degree's in the rear . Im going to try my luck with Only camber arms and max the Ecentic Bolts. I'll post up my results Thursday. Either way, I will be pulling them back to 0.5 degree's or till the tyre wants to touch the gards, which ever of the two occur . Toe arms may be on the menu at this rate...
  7. Im currently sending my ECU(Series 2 Neo) direct to Matt at Nistune in the next couple of days. Type 4 Board + install + postage = $367.00 Ben at Gavin Woods, here on the Gold Coast will be tuning it. Approx. 2x hours Dyno time (if that ) Mods: FMIC, TBE, Pod, EBC, CAI.. Ive spoken to several Stagea owners, running various ECU's(E-Manage, Nistune, PFC etc) with the same mods. Each owner has reported 270 - 290 Hp @ 11-12 PSI AND Approx. 600-650km Per full tank . The fuel economy will pay for the Nistune in no time
  8. Well I just finished my brake upgrade. I have a 99' Series 2 RS FOUR Auto. Brake Mast Cylinder: - BM50 (Standard) Front: - R34 GTT Calipers - Pads (HD Bendix) - Rotors (RDA Slotted 7957S 310mm) Rear: - R33 GTS-T Calipers - Pads (G-CT Bendix) - Rotors (RDA Slotted 908S 297mm) Stops on a dime and loving it! I use all the factory brake lines. ONLY mods required were, had to mod the Banjo bolt for the front calipers and I had to trim the Dust shields on the rears. Thanks, Aerron
  9. Can anyone please confirm how the Rear Toe rods are adjustable? Mine doesnt have a thread like the Toe arms on a Hicas equipped vehicle. Im guessing the bolts/mounts are off set to allow abit of adjustment? Thanks
  10. If its pillarless... Give me 2 min. No cost should be spared in alarming any car. Unless its a bucket
  11. Yeah... exactly my point about the Camber. I had a look at the Toe Arms earlier. There's no obvious adjustments I can see. Unless the Bolt/Bush(I can think of the word) are offset. Like the factory Camber arms? I was also thinking of standing the wheels right up closer to -0.5 Degrees or flush with the guard, which ever of the 2 occurs first. Thanks for the Input
  12. Hey, Would you be willing to part? Aerron
  13. Hey guys, Had a thought earlier this week. I was looking at the fitment of the rear of my car. Thought to my self... "Lets make it flush... then make the front suit". So initial thought was SPACERS... but then I got thinking again. Decided to get Adjustable Rear Camber arms for the rear. As much as I love Camber. My wallet cant afford the rubber and really it serves zero purpose on a daily driver. My last wheel alignment came up as FL 2.6 degrees FR 2.5 degrees RL 3.0 degrees RR 3.0 degrees So my question is, Along with Camber arms, SHOULD I get Adjustable Toe and Trail/Traction arms? They're cheap enough out of Japan and it would be alot easier to get a wheel alignment all in one hit. "Do it once, Do it right".... right? I simply just want to give my self the best chance of having all 4 wheels rolling dead straight, not chewing tires nor fuel. As for the front, I'll get bigger spacers in time. Not sure yet, as the Coilovers have only 6gk springs and they still travel a fair bit. Guard munching is not on my list of things to do.
  14. ZOMG! This is EXACTLY what Im looking for! But not for a few more months... . You say its tunned... using Nistune? If this is still around in coming months (doubt it), I'll snap it up real quick! GL with sale man!
  15. All Neo Turbos have the Nylon Front wheel...
  16. Hey man, You wouldnt happen to have any of the Electric Window switches (Not the drivers)? I only need 1x... Cheers, Aerron
