i think it must have gone through the inlet manifold when he was putting all the intake piping back together.

see ya niz.. it twas wee little Adam himself at fault.. poor fella. expensive way to learn to put rags in ALL pipes.

eeeww.. don't go there Paul.. he leaves them everywhere, must be going bald. there was one of those interchangable screwdriver heads crammed in there.....bent the valve a few degrees so it wouldn't shut properly.
